Le pedimos disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas y entendemos su malestar.
Informar que el pedido realizado el lunes pasado, 19/01 salió completo de nuestras instalaciones el mismo día. Tal como le comunicamos el 22/01, el transporte nos informó que una de las unidades no había llegado a destino y autorizamos entrega parcial para conocer el bulto faltante.
Actualmente, nuestros compañeros se encuentran trabajando junto al transportista para resolver la incidencia a la mayor brevedad posible y poder hacer la entrega completa cuanto antes.

Good service
1 of the 3 tires I ordered was not in the correct measure. After sending an email, the error was acknowledged and the correct tire was sent immediately. In 9 purchases I have made so far, it only happened once. The efficient way they dealt with the problem shows that they are trustworthy.
