Complete rip off - Ordered map which I paid £4.99 for next day delivery. Never arrived and asked for a refund but they only refunded cost of map and kept postage.
Don’t use….still waiting for the postage to be refunded.
Waste of time

Very suspect company.

This companies returns policy is illegal in the UK.

"A processing fee of 30% of product ordered value will be deducted from the refund or exchange."

I bought an item costing almost £1500 which came "new" but without the manufacturers warranty, which basically means it was most likely a fake.

Customer service stopped replying to my emails after I asked for clarification on their returns policy and phoning them met with "I don't know that answer, sir"

Online returns request was still "Pending" 4 days after I sent the initial report.

Express delivery was a joke and is 4 - 6 days AFTER THEY DISPATCH which could take 2 weeks.

Very dodgy company.

Disgusting customer service. Ordered watch , it has never arrived . I have sent numerous e mails. Not answered a single one

Absolutely dreadful company AVOID ordered a watch via wowcher got a tracking number which apparently got “lost” first email the company replied saying they would resend it immediately however this so called company never did and now I don’t get a reply for any of the emails I send (8 in total)

Trying to get a refund is proving impossible

Ordered boss watch from wowcher and the parcel never came opened a investigation with the courier service to find it was unaccounted for. Tried contacting the seller on time ventures through online messages and email and got nothing back. Looks like a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR WOWCHER!!

Placed order through Wowcher for a watch on 2nd December. Nothing was delivered. Wowcher, on time ventures and the courier all say to contact the other company. After just reading the reviews its obviously a scam. Please....anyone reading this contact trading standards along with myself. This company has stolen thousands of pounds from customers and they're still allowed to trade on platforms like Wowcher. Thieves, do not use this company.

I ordered Boss watch as gift through living social paid in full and paid extra for speedy delivery have not received anything sent few emails no reply.
This company is a waste of time not genuine with customers.
I'm very disappointed and frustrated.

Very misleading. Express delivery took 13 days!

I paid 14.90 extra pounds for “Express Delivery” but it took them 13 DAYS! The small print says it takes 3-5 working days AFTER the order is dispatched from their warehouse. In my case it took four days to process the order. This is very misleading and it should be stated also in the small print. In any case, it actually took them 9 days more to deliver the product so the 3-5 days promise is a blatant lie.

I contacted their customer service to get a reimburse of the delivery costs, since I needed this product urgently. All I got was a generic email with a link to the small print. Then I tried the Live Chat and after insisting a lot the agent told me she would send the refund request to the accounts team. Three weeks later I still have no news from them.

To call express delivery a service that takes up to 13 days is ridiculous to say the least. In Amazon with express delivery you have your item the next day by 13.00 pm for almost half the price (8.99 pounds). A regular delivery takes 5-8 days for FREE. I'm sure people who are not in a hurry won't mind waiting almost two weeks or even a month for their product. But if you are in a hurry and they don't meet their promises they should have the decency of returning the delivery costs.

Trust is very important in business. You can cheat people once, but you can't cheat them twice. On the long run it's not a good strategy.

I ordered a playpen to help my daughter cope with her 11 month old in the garden; it was easy to order and the delivery was speedy and efficient. My daughter' however, decided that it was far too expensive for the garden and needed to be returned!This was absolutely no problem as Venture UK have a clear returns policy and I was even given advice on how to return.
The parcel was collected by Parcel2Go but after about 3 weeks of hearing nothing I contacted Venture UK who confirmed that it had not been received. They assured me there was no time pressure for its return. After several more days I contacted Venture UK who then sensed my desperation and took control of the situation; they engaged in an on-line chat with the delivery company who claimed they had attempted delivery 3 times!! Venture UK constantly reassured me that the matter would be resolved even though it was in no way their responsibility. Hayley at Venture UK intervened on my behalf and the parcel was eventually delivered. She was in a position to categorically refute claims that attempts had been made to deliver as she knew staff were on site and entrances were clearly marked.
There are very few companies which would go to this length to help a customer and I am so pleased that I chose such a responsible and caring company.. .

If I could give no stars I would.

An absolute sham. Ordered a watch in December 2017 and it never arrived. My husband has been chasing ever since for a refund and still almost 2 years later we're still no further forward.

Do not order anything from this company.

Daylight robbery !
I have been battling with this so-called company for 10 months. I have taken out a money back claim that cannot be served because the address supplied is not registered with the company . They also trade as Milkyway distributions limited. They finally agreed to refund me the cost of the returned mobile phone and then blocked my emails and suspended my account ! This has cost me dearly in time and money. Trading standards are aware but still Venture Direct lives on to scam again ! Gutting !

The phone never arrived. They took my money and insisted that they have refunded me, and refused to acknowledge that the money was not refunded despite claiming they have checked with their accounts people. Fortunately, the money was reimbursed by my credit card company.

Terrible customer service... you'll never get a refund. Ordered in November and watch never turned up!!! Avoid!

ALSO, AS THEY ARE BASED IN HONG KONG, EU & UK REGULATIONS DON'T APPEAR TO COUNT MUCH.

I ORDERED A £200 WATCH FROM HERE IN OCTOBER AND STILL HAVE NO WATCH - I REQUESTED A REFUND IN DECEMBER AND STILL HAVE NO REFUND - ANY ADVICE??? I AM GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS OVER THIS COMPANY. IT WAS A TREAT FOR MY YOUNG DAUGHTER FOR DOING SO WELL AT SCHOOL AND I AM SICKENED BY THEIR APPROACH. I CALL AND EMAIL EVERY 2 WEEKS AND GET PROMISES BUT NO MONEY! DESPICABLE

Order placed on November 1, 2017 and canceled on December 11, 2017 for lack of stock. They said that in 10 business days they would return the money. Today, 4 May 2018 I still await the return of my £ 403.55. Order Number 506-14798

I have been told that for several weeks and the time passes and the refund of the money is not made. I do not really know what improvements are made by you if the service you provide to our customers is worse.

If you are waiting for a refund from this bunch of con artist's go to your bank it's the only way you will get your money back. I waited 4 months for a refund I paid on my debit card. GO TO YOUR BANK DONT EVEN WAIT FOR A RESPONSE FROM THEM YOU WONT GET ANYWHERE. GO TO YOUR BANK..

i have tried to purchase a mobile on the 15 of january 2018 9 emails with various excuses still waiting for a refund i would never use this company again they are not to be trusted,order no is 506 16488.do not use this company

Do not purchase from Venture Direct, had similar experience to those listed below. They try to fob you off for longer than 120 days then you cannot claim back. Poor response from emails, (whole shipment missing, etc., please wait. We will refund-please wait longer than 25 days due to our technical issues. ) All a delay to get you past the 25 days period. Do not ask for refund, simply go to your card and say goods not arrived and they will sort.
