I bought two items they advertised as if they were quality originals, but what the sent were very cheap copies that I could have got elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Their website appears as if they are in the USA but when I contacted them they resisted refunding me until I opened a PayPal resolution case. Then they said they would refund me if I sent the items back to them in Vietnam. The cost to do this was over £20 which is effectively lost money. They are still advertising the items - one is a circle drawing tool, and the other is a desk spinner so if you see them and feel tempted to buy them, you will either be disappointed with the quality or you will see they are overpriced in relation to other sources.
I should have guessed, but now I just hope I can save someone else from falling in the same trap.
They are NOT based in the USA. They do not answer the phone.

this site is a scam, I've made the mistake of purchasing stuff from places like this and i do my research now! a simple search of their phone number from the site (venusbooth) leads to another clothing website (favoriboutique) that looks the same (same phone number too) but with a different website name, email, and US warehouse address.
please, don't be tempted by the prices, nothing good comes from these stores and I wish sites like this would go away!
