If I could rate this company with a minus star rating I would! I would recommend to everyone that they avoid purchasing products from this company. My product ordered failed to arrive in time according to delivery details and had key items missing in the package so there is clearly no quality control in place.

Customer services offer was £2, then £4 as a goodwill gesture, not sure they understand goodwill or CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolute scam of a company. 7 weeks later and still waiting for my order. Useless customer service, not interested in refunding. Been told unable to refund as the parcel has been shipped. Fake tracking company. Useless!

Cheap tat. Product came completely unassembled with no instructions. Plastic has broken

Item arrived with missing components and I was unable to use it. Company refused to accept a return and refused to refund me. I will now be going to my bank to reverse payment. AVOID!

Ordered gifts on the 11th NOVEMBER - still have not arrived and all I get is the same "we understand and have contacted the courier" emails with no tracking links until about a week ago. Shipping timelines not as advertised. Very little actual customer service or assistance. Just the same message over and over again. Asked for a refund probably about 8 times at this point, but as soon as I mentioned going to the bank because they had chosen not to refund, the shipping link miraculously updated.

Avoid if possible, and go to your banks for refunds because they clearly are just money-grabbing. At the end of the day, I know it's only a little gag gift that I bought and it's not the end of the world that they didn't arrive, but don't offer or advertise a service you can't provide.

Overcharged me by £5 which I had to contact them to be refunded.

When the product did arrive, it was missing screws and unable to close the lid properly. I had to contact them again and received an AI formatted response offering £2 back, I refused and was offered £4 and then up to £6

Despite No. 356 Chunhui Road, Lianhua Street 646000 Longmatan District, Luzhou, Sichuan, China several emails asking for a full refund I was refused and was asked to send the item back to china at my own expense.

What ever you do, do not buy from these, you’ll be over charged and have zero chance of getting any money back or a replacement.

Scam company DO NOT purchase anything from them. My parcel has been all over the world apparently and every time I contact them they update the info and it goes somewhere else.

Scammers ordered the product then traced there ongoing back to supposedly in the USA haven’t delivered incorrect tracking information that a two year old could do better shame on you

Ordered over a month ago for a Christmas party. I keep getting emails saying it's in Houston, and then in customs, then in transit and further transit. It has not arrived in time for my party.
Very unhappy.
Do not use this company.

A scam, 3 times I asked to cancel my order, no response, they still took the money.

Terrible goods never arrived

Absolute scam, do not use. No item, no refund will be issued and all tracking shows the item in the US.

Silly of me for letting this slip through in the first place but just don't buy from this site.

They are currently giving me shipping notifications that show my item out for delivery several thousand miles away in the US! If you have bought from here contact your credit card company and get yourself a refund!

Shocking service. I ordered an item a month ago and still not received item. Customer service keeps saying they expedite the delivery. I don’t want it anymore as the person the gift was for has left. I ask for my money back and they keep saying it’s too late to cancel and please trust their products. I’ll be login a small claims court order today to get money back or I’ll ask my bank to refund and they can chase it. Avoid this company and would not recommend to anyone

Avoid this bunch of cowboys. Placed an order weeks ago it's not arrived. Customer service have been less than helpful. I think it's bots replying to the email. They are the only business I've ever dealt with who refuse to give expected delivery dates. I'm supposed to wait until end of time for it to arrive. They won't refund the item - I've gone to the bank to get my money back instead as they've not fulfilled their contract
