Blind as expected the delivery was a nightmare! Arrived a week after original date

Spoke to Johnathon P, very friendly and helpful with a replacement order. Very pleased with service and happy to recommend the company to friends and family.

I fitted these blinds in my Bungalow 9 years ago and they have been excellent. I recently needed to change the one in the bedroom as wife couldn't now cope with the blinds closing in the middle so we replaced it with just a right hand operation.
The new blind was easy to order, arrived quickly and was simple to fit as it fixed directly to the existing fittings, brilliant.

Would have been 5 stars but the time it takes to dispatch item is too long.

I have bought from here before and didn't have a problem. This time the wand wouldn't twist to open the blinds. I have tried using their online form to no avail, I then tried emailing and have heard nothing. I then rang them to get the issue sorted. When I got through to customer service Shanelle knew exactly how to sort the problem. She emailed instructions which were clear and got the issue sorted. Very knowledgeable, very polite and very helpful.

After I received thr order I noticed the control chain was missing, I contacted customer services, and it was explained to me, the blinds I ordered contained chainless weights and required no control chain.
The blinds are well made and look good very happy with the product.

Easy to order, happy with the cream colour will be ordering some more very soon.

The blind was supplied within a few days but on unpacking, one of the hangers was broken so the slat could not be attached to it. The track was wrapped in cling film so I doubt it was damaged by the courier and the track was in a triangular cardboard box. I emailed them with a photograph, on Monday 16th March. No response except an automated email. So I phoned today. I was told the hanger cannot be removed so they have to supply a new track!
This would take 2 days to make (2 days !!!) and I would receive it next week, early part. Other manufacturers supply hangers that can be removed. So two issues really, lack of quality control before despatch and poor design of the track system. When I asked why they had not called me about this just after Monday I was told "Sorry, we are very busy at the moment"... I suggest they get more staff and improve their quality control. We are going for vertical blinds in other parts of the house but will not be using this company.

Great blinds and measurements but I ordered 2 in one colour and 1 in a different colour but all came the same.

I ordered my vertical blind & received all ok. However, the drop that I ordered was wrong & I had to re-order replacement Louvers. Although it was my mistake they kindly gave me a 50% discount on the replacements.

Easy to order, got samples before so I could see what I wanted and also check the quality of the vanes which is important. These came within a couple of days.

The ordering process was easy and the blinds came super quick. They are a perfect fit and look great. Needed new ones as was having new windows and these I can't say how good they are. Looking online you might be unsure at first, but these were above and beyond what i expectes.Infact a work friend has asked for the details as she wants to order blinds and I didn't hesitate in recommending them, so that should speak for itself.

Samples came very quickly and my chosen slats were received within days as promised. Quality was good and took no time to put up. Will be ordering more for other rooms.
