Easy to order, quick delivery.
Would recommend.

All the fittings and blinds were very accurate and safely delivered. But the two parcels went to two different delivery companies. One parcel arrived the next day as scheduled the other failed to arrive and after much internet led commmuicating with a chat bot and finally speaking to a human the delivery was arranged for four days after the schedule. Very frustrating trying to find out why the parcel was “ taken into storage “
Rather than being delivered. It held the whole project of four windows up for four days and required a lot of internet time to find the parcel and force its delivery.

There is about 6 slats that has flaws on them I had to try and move them so there not so prominent to see

Poor service and missed items on the package. Better to order from AliExpress th am with these people. Don’t answer the phone and do income back with the message or emails

They look like good quality, but they are extremely slow to deliver them,and it's not saying that from the beginning.

I couldn't get any response from you, either by telephone or email.

I ordered my vertical blinds off of blinds direct
The quality is excellent but my measurements were out by a centimetre so they were touching the floor rang customer support as I had sure fit absolutely fantastic customer service from the service agent I spoke to within a couple of minutes new size ordered and on their way absolutely 1st class customer service

Rang Customer Service as I noticed a problem with the delivery address in my order. Young lady, (she did give her name, but I was too busy giving detail for it to register with me) very helpful, friendly and polite. She took my details, found my order and dealt with my enquiry very quickly and efficiently. Small wait to get through but acceptable.

Have bought vertical blinds from different companies previously and compared to these, I would say the quality is not great.
Blinds are quite short compared to our others (measurements were correct), and the material the blinds are made from is of poor quality with stitching that has left large holes in the blinds that light penetrates. Also thread has not been cut close to edge of material leaving about 25mm of overhang which looks very untidy.
