Great service

I phoned up to make a payment and the lady on the phone was very rude all because I couldn’t answer a security question. The question was what was my last order but as it was over two years ago I couldn’t remember all I wanted to do was make a payment.

I will never use this company again as It says pay in 3 but I’ve been paying them for the past 6 months for the one product and each time I get in touch they then say I’m not paying for individual orders as they go towards all the orders so I won’t be using them after I finished paying them off which should be Christmas 20never so stick with Littlewoods if I were you guys

Terrible experience. For some reason they use yodel to post things. Or inpost as they are called now.
They were unable to find my house and sent me an email to contact very.
I rang very and got through to the single worst call centre agent I have ever spoke to. Barely listened to me, constantly asked me to repeat myself, said “bear with me” too many times in 2 minutes I lost count at 10 times.
I asked for a manager and she refused saying there was none available. I informed her I was happy to wait. She refused again.

Did she resolve my issue? Of course she didn’t. Instead she did the worlds most unhelpful thing by telling me she had “updated” my delivery address to my actual address, the same address inpost already had. I asked if she is just sending them the same address that they couldn’t find, how will they find it this time?
I was told that she didn’t know and I’d have to call them.
Pathetic, I’ll be cancelling my account.

Got accepted for credit, placed an order then got credit taken away

Everything was handled to my satisfaction in a timely and professional manner

No one knows what they are doing they pit you on hold and never come back to you so you eventually disconnect call they keep putting calls on hold and then releasing and then hold again

Very do offer good prices, but if anything goes wrong, especially with expensive tech items you are stuffed. Having waiting in all day yesterday for my Apple Display to be delivered, I was sent the wrong version and it was a version not even listed on the site. Now, trying to return it, I haven't been send an InPost tracking number, so I find myself blindly waiting in again all day to see if someone comes to collect it.

An absolute disgrace! When you've made a mistake you need a better, cleaner system to fix it. The only option is always to speak to a clueless South African call handler, which really is no use at all.

The 10% off tech offer has caught me out and tempted me in too many times now. I'll just go to a grown up company in future...

Poor customer service. They do not send invoices to the same email address used to place the order.

I was advised that this is simply how their system works and that, in order to obtain an invoice, the person who placed the order must call them directly and verify their identity.

This is very inconvenient for businesses, particularly where a member of senior management places an order and the accounts department later needs a copy of the invoice. Even when asking for the invoice to be resent to the same email address used for the original order, they are unwilling to do so without the individual calling them.

A very unnecessarily complicated process for what should be a simple request. Businesses that need invoices for accounting and VAT purposes may want to consider this before ordering.

Poor experience- makes it difficult to return faulty items - they want you to go to the manufacturer rather than take responsibility themselves-and until you highlight your consumer rights then they change their tone! I wouldn’t buy off very.

I recently have activate an account and I have placed an order were already using the way for delivery. I tried to place another order but I noticed I haven’t possibility to do actions. I contact customer service they tell me my account is blocked. That’s all no further explanation of the actions no delivery nothing explained about the situation. I’m really very disappointed.

Very had to double check i order something as it was going to another address and it was easy to explain and very welcoming to know that these checks are made so there is no fraud on my account witch i think is a very good idea and very helpful so I know i am not being ripped off so well done VERY XX
