Recruitment Process really poor

Recruitment Process really poor, they don't really know what they are doing, especially when they are the ones reaching out to possible candidates. Really bad experience.
To be avoided!

Unacceptable recruitment process

My friend just applied for a manager position . He has plenty very good university degrees and lately 1.3 diploma from German University. For the applied job he had to undergo crazy recruitment process until - after plenty online tests- they figured out, he is probably not enough socially skilled and that due to Asperger. They never met him in person- he is a bit shy but excellent in working attitude and performance- they never came back to him anymore and explaining they don’t want him . He was just left hanging. I feel so disgusted and hope he will soon get a fantastic position in a serious company, Vestas for sure missed it’s chance.

Vestas does not pay their bills as they…

Vestas does not pay their bills as they should. We have been trying to collect on a invoice for several months now and they keep telling us to provide them with a PO# and they never gave us a PO# in the beginning. For them to be such a large company you would think they would be able to afford to pay a small business owner almost 500.00 for one last invoice. They paid the others with a card and never had a PO # for any of the other invoices. They are dodging the payment any way they can. It was one of the bosses who placed the order but they still won't pay. Be cautious doing business with them. Receive your money up front if you want to be paid. Maybe spreading their dirty laundry all over the internet will get them to pay their bills.

It was not fair. I Can't prefer them

That was really not fair. I can't prefer them. It is around 6 years ago. I would give them 0 stars, but i can not find 0 stars to rate. Firms can become too big and then the togetherness disapears. There were NO togetherness. The good collagues were not there. Fast forward they said. I was bullied by some of my colleagues, but no one intervened. No one listened. I got fired within 14 days. Jeg blev trådt på. Top styring. I was bad treated. Bad company and supervisors. og fordeling af arbejdet.

incapable managers and recommended employee

World leader in wind power energy, where I had an intense and significant work experience and a recent professional interview. An experience that showed me for the first time the world of multinationals in the "family and friends" version, that is the typical climate and environment that reigns within a human context made poor by incapable managers, including the bad Site Leader good at surrounding himself with employees licking. Incapable managers because they thought only of the exploitation of the wrong people placed in the wrong places. Once I also witnessed the "accidental" fall of a huge turbine weighing about 25 tons suspended in the air and hooked to a bridge wagon whose cable gave way suddenly threatening to crush the workers under it. At the end of the carousel tour of the recommended employee, I was sent home, when they could re-enter me to employ me in a job more suitable and adequate to my abilities and potential. All for the benefit of the company whose limit, as for many others in Italy, is represented by the preference exercised by the leaders towards people of their preference / personal satisfaction. The demonstration of this human failure was the closure a few years later of one of the production sites located in Taranto. Today, Vestas Blades Italy, in Taranto plant, remains faithful to the same tradition.
