I have had two clients use this company for their home loans, and both times they were paired with Zane, who is the rudest, most evasive loan officer I've ever dealt with.

The more recent transaction, from the summer of 2025, it took him a full week to respond to my initial email to start off the loan process, and it wasn't until the morning after I reached out directly to his supervisor to complain that he was ignoring emails, calls, and voicemails. Because he was hiding, my clients were late in closing, which cascaded into other issues. He even attempted to communicate directly with the other agent involved in the real estate sale (which is not permitted) and failed to deliver the closing documents to the clients and me within the required timeframe before closing.

Ginny Young was my loan officer, she made the process smooth and painless. Thank you again VU!

Tried to apply for a home loan, gave all the information that was asked for. My contact seemed completely lost, she contacted me twice to give her documents I already submitted and then apologized when she saw they were there. They pulled my credit, and never gave me anything.

First Home!!!!Veterans United made it really simple with their app, instructions, emails, and to do lists.
