They even explained some basic principles of economics I found perplexing- any knowledge gap can lead to terror when you are setting a course for your long-term future. There is no single thing I appreciate most, the experience has been a series of small but empowering and intentional acts of support and kindness which truly built my confidence daily.

Alberto and his team were awesome to work with. They made the entire home buying process very smooth. From the on-line check list to emails and phone calls to make sure everything was on track. Not too many of either, but enough that nothing went without an answer. My concierge provided contact information for all of the utilities, making it very easy to contact them and get everything set for moving in.

Since this was my first time going through purchasing a home, I did not know what questions to ask with the total process.
I would recommend more detailed expectations and communication from the team for anyone who is a first time home buyer.
