They made the whole process very easy. They are truly a full service company. There was everyone from a realtor to show me the houses to a concierge to help with getting you moved in and utilities and mail transferred to your new home. The veterans united app is amazingly helpful and a treasure trove of great information and resources. It made getting all the paperwork done very easy. Every staff member I conversed with were top notch professionals. Also, they continue to be there for you after you buy your house as well. Offering notifications when better rates come along. My loan officers worked with my situation and secured my loan at a great rate. And my realtor worked tirelessly to show me all the houses I wanted to see and worked out a great deal on an amazing home. I highly recommend using veterans united when using a VA loan. They definitely have the whole VA home buying process streamlined.

My experience working with Veterans United was valuable. This was my 5th time buying a home in my adult life. I was excited about all of the staff who assisted me with credit tasks, along with the other credit educational opportunities during the home- buying process.

Jon and his team were great! They kept me updated throughout the process and explained every step along the way. There was some confusion towards closing but the team was able to iron out the issues and we were able to close! Everyone I interacted with was polite and willing to help me no matter what the need was!

Matthew Reehl was the most amazing loan officer I could ever ask for. Cool, calm and collected. He knows exactly what to do like a 30 year pro. He made the process super simple and easy .
And his counter part Jared did his thing as well. These are the perfect due to work with when your looking for a new home. I cannot say anything negative at all about these guys. To add to it they paired me with the greatest of all time realtor Mrs. Diana Jones . Man this woman is the exclamation mark. Amazing.. she knows her job and she is super committed to making your dreams come true. Literally working until 2am and sending documents over for me to sign. She is remarkable.
