I cannot thank Vets Now enough for the incredible care they provided. They truly went above and beyond for us, and I’m so grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness they showed our Milo.
From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel reassured and supported. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treated my pet with such gentleness, and showed real empathy during a very stressful situation, they cared as if it were their own animal.
The communication was excellent, the staff were exceptional, and the level of dedication they showed was outstanding. It's rare to find a practice that combines expertise with such heartfelt care, and I’m so thankful we found them.
Thank you for everything you did — it meant more than you know.

An emergency visit due to a dislocated tail on our 11 year old GSP. Friendly reception on arrival and an informative and sympathetic consultation with the vet, where treatment options were discussed.
Fortunately, the injury wasn’t severe enough for surgery or even x-ray, so a course of Metacam and keeping our girl as rested well as possible was the prescribed treatment.

The lovely vet -Merche, was amazing. So kind and so thorough. We were so grateful to bring our elderly lab back home on Christmas Day.

Had a scan the vet said but when I took him to my normal vet they scanned him again and found that he had a brain tumor so vets now did not look after my dog as all the medication that was prescribed was no good and got given the wrong diagnosis and sadly had to put him to sleep so he was in unnecessary pain an extra 2 days because of this

Unfortunately Lola is still unwell and being treated by my own vet.

beautiful bulldog Holly suddenly showed signs of illness and very quickly became very stressed. It was early Sunday evening, so we phoned Vets now. (Alastair) the call handler was very efficient and directed us to the nearest emergency vets in Southampton, (backed up by txt) We were greeted by two very caring receptionists. The Vet (Rebecca) was superb. So calm, we were in bits, and her caring manner helped us cope. Even though Holly was unable to pull through we cannot fault the caring service we recieved. Thank you

A godsend! After our year old cat choked and aspirated on Friday night, we rang up and rushed her into the Southampton Beech House surgery, who were fantastic.

A friendly and helpful RVN on reception, and the vet was wonderful, giving our little madam a full check over and some ABx in case pneumonia tried to rear its ugly head. Thankfully she's absolutely fine and completely back to normal 🥰

Not the cheapest night out, but worth every penny when it comes to our pets' health. Please ensure you have insurance for your pet!

Brilliant helpful vet they did a great job of looking after my little dog throughout the night and gave him a great start to recovering. The receptionist was lovely very helpful and friendly

Maybe not use extreme measures as a first plan of action to cause distress to customers and potential unnecessary costly and stressful treatment to the animal.

We were on a camping holiday and very worried about our dogs symptoms. I was referred to Vets Now by a local vet and got an immediate appointment. We arrived, had a short wait and were see by a vet named Adrianna who was very supportive, knowledgeably and reassuring. She rang a national toxicology department and gave us their immediate feedback. We could not have asked for more. We left with medication and advice on how to manage our dog that has been invaluable. The service was very good.

When we went to collect our beautiful dog on Monday morning we were given a hopeful message by a nurse - did she not read the notes?!

We went straight to our usual vet who told us the news was very bad & our lovely boy passed away in the afternoon.

Not happy at all. Instruction on the phone were not very clear at all. Raised with costumer service but no positive response. Extremely expensive.
Reply: Raised with your team but obviously they are not going to blame themselves for the problem caused. Extremely disappointed.

They saw my dog quickly and were very polite. As you would expect its extortionate for out of hours treatment consultation fees, theres no getting around that. I would say I am a little dissapointed in the treatment plan for my dog. Dog was brought in with bleeding tail, was bandaged and sent on its way. Bandage came off and unable to stem the bleeding with it spurting out and back to vets the next day. My vet said he saw exposed bone and it wouldnt shut without a small amputation and stitches. Yet this was not explained and I was advised it would heel. Advice seems a little inaccurate. But as I said they were polite and saw my dog quickly.
