I ordered an asus rog strix z790-f gaming wifi ii motherboard from them, socket 1700, the board arrived with 3 bent processor socket pins, the problem was detected only a few days after the processor arrived, of course I sent it back but the board was no longer covered by the warranty, it stayed with them for 28 days in service after which they sent it back to me with 2 more bent pins in addition to the other 3 and with the warranty voided, simply a joke , I stayed for 1 month without the plate and the money given for a product with a defect and voided warranty.

waiting since two weeks for my package. all products were "in stock" at the time of order! i have contacted them to check on my order and they said the products come from "our warehouse outside the country". well vexio, it's time to learn that's not your stock, it's your supllier's!! also time to stop lying and missleading your customers! else your ratting will only go down!!

Bought a vacuum robot and 1 Phone case, both in stock, after 5 days I received only the phone case. Called Vexio and asked for clarification, a guy answered and said he will check, never received a reply. On the courier website, the package shows as delivered. Don't know why the delay and also why didn't they put all items in one package.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They told me that my package will arrive in 24-48 hours,I was very ok with that ,but then,they call me and say to me that the package will arrive in 10 days because they have it in a deposit in Europe.I looked in the faq, delivery informations and etc on their site and no where says that the package could arrive in 10 days not just 24h-48h, liers,shame of them.
Company with execrable policies
They sold me an Asus keyboard through the Emag platform, it arrived broken, I called them and they told me to send them the product to change it, the product came back with the resolution "improperly used product". A lie, the product was intact and with the factory foils on it, untouched.

I ordered a laptop from them, and they sent out a whole different one. When I wrote to them, they told me that they made a mistake with the price, and that I am not going to get the laptop I ordered since it was too expensive. At least they gave me back my money after I sent back that horrible laptop they sent me. Then again they were obliged by the law to do that

First they called me to tell me that the products I have ordered were not be delivered in 2 days but in 8 days. I said OK, I accept that. After 8 days they called again and told me a product was not in stock of the provider and could order it for me but 10 EUR more expensive than the one I have ordered.
One of the best and cheapest IT stores in Romania
I have been buying from Vexio for over 4 years and spent over 1000 EUR on PC components from them. Mainly because they offered the best non-inflated prices, it's as if their policy is to abide to MSRP and not play the market game when demand is high and supply is low.
I had absolutely no issues with them, had no cancelled orders, even if the items were not in stock, they did their best to order the items from the distributors and always shipped it as fast as they could.
They also accept Card Avantaj (not all retailers do), so for me that's a big plus. And their customer service has always been polite and responsive, although I never had to send anything to be serviced, or refunded, so I can't vouch for that.
But I am very happy with them and even recommended them to some friends that had the same positive experience with them.
