It was easy to understand where the seats I was buying were located in the arena and the view I got was accurately shown. The tickets arrived a few days before the concert. It is slightly stressful... See more

Still waiting for my money after doing everything viagogo asked (more than 2 MONTHS AFTER the concert)
Extremely disappointing experience with viagogo.
I sold a ticket through viagogo and successfully transferred the ticket to the buyer through the relevant ticketing app, exactly as instructed. The buyer did not accept the transfer, but I had completed my part of the process and provided viagogo with the relevant information and evidence.
Importantly, viagogo initially confirmed to me that this was acceptable and that I would be paid.
The situation was then raised as a dispute, and viagogo instructed me to wait 45 days while it was resolved. I did exactly that.
That 45-day dispute period expired, and I am still waiting for the money I am owed. I have received neither the payment nor a proper explanation of the outcome of the dispute.
I have done everything required from my side. I transferred the ticket, provided the requested evidence, followed viagogo's process and waited the additional period they specifically told me to wait. Despite this, my payment remains outstanding.
This is particularly frustrating because viagogo's published terms state that sellers are normally paid 5–8 working days after the event where delivery was successful. In my case, I completed the transfer and was subsequently told by viagogo that the situation was acceptable and that I would be paid.
I have now been waiting for more than two months since the concert, including waiting well beyond the 45-day period viagogo gave me.
I have repeatedly tried to get a clear answer, but I am still left chasing my own money.
Very poor communication and an extremely frustrating customer/seller experience.
They keep extending deadlines according to their whims and provide no solution or accountability.
Ella Langley tickets
When I purchased tickets originally, it was a specific section and row. When the tickets were sent before the show, the row was different, further back. I contacted the customer service chat and was never resolved.
Really easy to use the app
Really easy to use the app, I was kept fully up to date about my event and tickets. I highly recommend and will be using this app again.
Very slick and easy
My experience was amazing
My experience was amazing, The weeknd it's an amazing performer. The only bad thing it's that I was afraid of the tickets being fake till the scanning of the tickets. But that's because of the thinks I've heard online. Still after all a good experience, easy transfer.

My daughter was desperate for Ariana grande tickets so went on viagogo. Was worried with the reviews I had seen BUT the process was really easy the price you see is the price you pay and all worked fine
Will definitely use them again and will recommend. I booked tickets and they were with me on my phone within the hour. Great experience!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Purchased 2 tickets to go to see The Weeknd in Wembley. Travelling from 4 hours away. App said that tickets were being sent on the day of the event. Half way through journey, I was informed on the app that the tickets are not going to be sent despite me purchasing the tickets over a month prior.
Only offered a refund within 4-5 business days. I asked will there be compensation for other expenses that come with it. They just said no.
Lost out on fuel, ULEZ fees, hotel, parking, baby sitter costs.
Absolutely disgusting company!
Viagogo let sellers down too. I lost £400 due to their incompetence. Use somebody else.
I sold some tickets to a concert as I was away and could no longer attend. It was two months before the concert. I told them I needed to change the ticket type to mobile transfer as they only offered one option which did not apply to my tickets. Viagogo said that was fine and they would change it and would be back in contact. A few weeks before I chased them again. They said they would escalate it and I had no need to contact them. A few days before I started to panic. They replied that despite having two months notice they had not got the buyer's mobile number and I needed to be patient. I tried to contact the buyer and they told me that was against their policy. Anyway with just hours to go they provided me with a mobile number but it was mine! They then asked me to activate the tickets and upload them but before that could happen somebody else cancelled the ticket sale. Viagogo not only failed to help me deliver the tickets, but their incompetence meant I lost out on £350 of ticket sales, could not use the tickets I had originally bought and then had to pay a £40 fee for not delivering the tickets. I did an appeal as suggested but they turned it down unsurprisingly. They said I failed to deliver the tickets. Well if they had managed to produce a mobile number in 60 days I would have been alright.
You hear about Viagogo letting buyers down but now it's sellers too. You cannot rely on them. They just cover up their sheer incompetence and blame the seller for their mistakes. Don't trust them. They will let you down. Do not sell with them. They are useless!
Poor customer services
Sold two tickets for lady gaga last October, I've been paid for one and not the other, despite numerous phone calls and complaint escalated to customer manager.
Handled very poorly with no one too talk to even though evidence from both customers has been emailed.
Left frustrated and over £200 out of pocket
Will never use these again
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Brought tickets for £240 to dortmund vs beyern super cup final and travelled from England to Dortmund paying for hotels and fuel to get there just to get to the ticket scanners to get turned away with “fake tickets” DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Be aware you are Not guaranteed the seat number you purchased!!! I received seats in the same row that were £100 each cheaper than what I purchased. Of course viagogo are not responsible. Very stressful experience receiving tickets just days before the event despite buying them months ago and now feeling very ripped off
Viagogo are a clueless set of amateurs
Viagogo are a clueless set of amateurs. Less than 4 hours before gig opened its doors, Viagogo very kindly informed us that they were unable to supply the tickets l’d paid for 4 weeks earlier, but never fear we were covered by their wonderful refund policy, which would take a further 6-8 days to actually land back in my account. No apology, no explanation and no pre warning, just an email offering 2 options, both of which were pointless at that stage.
2 x 1 day off work
2 x Travel 160 mile round trip
1 nights hotel for 2
Associated food/drink/parking costs
1 x very unhappy/upset/raging wife.
TICKET SCAM SITE
This is the biggest con artist of a website for tickets i have ever experienced.
You buy tickets and then the night before they remove them from you.
If you contact Customer service they put you in a worse off position than you were at the start
I ordered VIP Tickets with front stage access, Viagogo charged me for the tickets, the seller rescinded the offer and offered VIP garden instead which doesn't have stage access, I complained to Viagogo and referenced there guarantee and they cancelled the VIP option from the seller and offered general admission so i ended up worse off than better.
Please do not use this website as they will just disappoint you - it would be ok for general admission but not VIP as you could pay 1000 GBP then they will take your money and give you general admission tickets.
Worst experience I had as a seller
Worst experience I had as a seller, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Zero if I could.
Zero if I could. Extremely disappointing experience
I booked tickets through Viagogo and paid £244.64, only to realise almost immediately that I had paid significantly more than the apparent ticket value. I contacted Viagogo within minutes of making the booking to request a cancellation and refund.
Despite contacting them so quickly, they refused to refund me and simply referred me to their terms and conditions. Their customer service chat was then closed, leaving me unable to resolve the issue.
I have kept screenshots of all correspondence and the refusal. I am now having to pursue the matter through my credit card provider.
I find the whole experience extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend checking the actual ticket value and pricing very carefully before purchasing through Viagogo.
Awful customer service they don’t care
I booked standing tickets for myself and my daughter (aged 7) it was going to be our first concert. At point of booking via viagogo it nowhere stated that under 16s were not allowed in the standing area. Once my confirmation came through it stated this. So I contacted them straight away to get a refund as there was nothing mentioned at point of purchase. They refused and said I have to resell my tickets which is not acceptable. Please do not use this selling platform. They have terrible customer service and don’t care that they scam people into purchasing tickets they cannot use.
Very smooth experience
I was a bit wary given some of the reviews but went ahead with a last minute purchase for my daughters to get Ariana Grande tickets. The process was very smooth and clearly explained on the site. The face value price was marked up by 60% which was OK with me. I liked the fact that the price displayed on the site was the final ticket price i.e. no further major costs. I placed an order at 2pm and the tickets were transferred to my AXS account within 30 minutes. No issues using the tickets at the O2 in London that evening.

Was really worried about purchasing the ticket on this website. But it was now or never moment. They gave me not the seat I paid for, but it turned out to be a better one! I recommend to be very careful with Viagogo, and only buy tickets there when there’s no other option. Ariana Grande was beautiful last night, thank you!
