The whole play was amazing

I bought [2] tickets on Viagogo for the Ye (Kanye West) concert at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano in Madrid on July 30, 2026 — paid 1000 euro including their inflated fees. At the stadium entrance, the tickets were scanned and rejected as invalid. Staff confirmed the barcodes had either already been used or were never legitimate.

I traveled internationally for this show — flights, hotel, everything booked around one event — and stood outside the stadium while it happened without me. Viagogo's "guarantee" was useless in the moment. Viagogo took my money for tickets they never verified. This isn't a marketplace, it's a lottery where you find out you lost at
the gate. Buy from official sellers only.
Never buy from Viagogo, they only care about taking your money and dont care about their customers.

Excellent view matched the view from seats that was given.

I was supposed to go to the game, but suddenly something came up and I had to sell the tickets, but I haven’t been reimbursed yet !
Can you double check why I haven’t been reimbursed because I received the notification that the tickets have been bought !!!!

The booking process was perfect. It was a little expensive, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Everything was perfect. I was able to get the tickets faster than expected so I could give my birthday present. I recommend it... the only downside is that everything is in English.

I bought Tomorrowland ticket and everything went very smoothly, reading the reviews i knew it might be a lottery but for me it worked out!
