The standing tickets were great. Unfortunately, the VIP tickets we had purchased earlier were lost, although we did receive a full refund. Booking process is easy, and prices are good.

Tickets for Tomorrowland were real and we managed to get in with the pdf.

You pay a lot of money, but they email you with a lot of information and we got in Tomorrowland without any problems. Take your payment email, your e-ticket (pdf) of TML and your ID. You get in line at the ticket/information desks at the entrance and you get your wristband. They email you on the day itself to wish you a good festival day, and they email you afterwards if you have any suggestions or complaints. Can recommend it!

We missed the match due to travel delays but that was nothing to do with Viagogo.

The purchase procedure and its security have been reconfirmed. What would be good is a reduction in additional costs on the price of the ticket that was shown at first.

The experience with the overall site was great. Easy to access, the information was prompted correctly as well as the price.
I was covered by the Viagogo guarantee for my ticket, which worked magically when they identified issues with the original ticket I bought, as it had to be released to me before the concert and that did not happen from the seller’s end, unfortunately.
I was instantly offered a new ticket in the exact area I got the original ticket for, and there were no issues with it.
They were prompt with their support and any other action that had to be taken from their end.

Extremely disappointing experience as a seller.

This has been by far the worst ticket-selling platform I have ever used.

I recently listed a ticket for The Weeknd concert on Viagogo Italy. Since it wasn’t selling, I deleted the listing from my account and transferred the ticket back to ticketmaster. Three days later, I was shocked to receive a notification claiming that the ticket had been sold, even though the listing had already been removed from the platform.

When I contacted customer support and explained that the ticket had been deleted before the alleged sale, they completely ignored my explanation. Instead of investigating what appears to be a problem with their system, they insisted that I must not only refund the buyer but also pay an additional penalty of more than €250, even though the ticket itself was worth around €180.

This makes absolutely no sense. If the listing had truly been removed from the platform, how was it still available for purchase? And if this was caused by a technical issue on Viagogo’s side, why should the seller be held financially responsible?

A fair solution would have been to simply refund the buyer. Instead, Viagogo expects the seller to cover the refund and pay an excessive penalty for a sale that should never have happened in the first place.

The entire process has been frustrating, the customer service has been unhelpful, and there has been no willingness to investigate or acknowledge a possible platform error. Rather than supporting their sellers, they automatically place all responsibility on them, regardless of the circumstances.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Viagogo Italy to anyone looking to sell tickets. Sellers should be aware that if something goes wrong with the platform, they may still be held responsible and face significant financial penalties.

Easy to find and buy tickets. It was a present for someone and the transfer was seamless.

Booking was straightforward. While we ran into some technical issues, the customer support team was very effective in resolving the problems, making the event a positive and memorable one.

You quote me a price in dollars. Then got billed in euros having to pay a conversion fee. It should be notated beforehand so we get no surprises.

Everything is fine, as for the ticket, the service costs are too high - 540 PLN, the total cost is almost 600 PLN more, it would be nice if the costs were lower
