Due to a damaged delivery I am expecting a replacement

Item is exactly what I ordered and received promptly. Only complaint is that the basin was poorly packaged for shipping. It arrived with the box damaged, but luckily the basin didn’t sustain damage.

Solid vertical wall mounted heavy…
Solid vertical wall mounted heavy radiators. standard delivery is via pallet so took about 1.5 weeks from order to delivery. The wall supports could be better with bolt holes too near each other so when mounted on wall it needs anchor resin.
