Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I have ordered some parts for my bathroom on the 14th of August. On the 17th of August I was advised that instead of being in stock from the 15th of August as told when ordered, the items won't be in stock until September. My bathroom was going to be fitted before then, so I was given the choice to cancel the order and assured my refund was going to be processed within 5-10 working days. On the 7th of September still no refund. When I contacted the company they said there had been a mis-communication with the manufacturer (read it: they forgot to cancel the order with their supplier), so they won't be able to refund me until the manufacturer confirms they had cancelled the order. Totally ridiculous. I did not order with their supplier, I was given the choice to cancel, and now they won't refund after 3 weeks as this is their process and they meed to wait fro the manufacturer to cancel.

Avoid - very poor and expensive returns
Avoid! They make it incredibly hard for you to return.
1 - you have to do it yourself via a courier
2- when using a courier you have to put a contact number in for the business. I spoke to the customer service team via the chatbot. ‘We do not have a contact number’. I was advised to put my number down in order to proceed with the courier.
Ok so what happens if the delivery driver has a question/cant find the address and calls me? MAKES NO SENSE.
Also for the pleasure of the return, it costs £25 for the original delivery, £45 to return, the cheapest i found was UPS at £45!!! And then i will need to re-order the correct item for another £25 delivery fee. Absolute joke. Thats £95 in delivery fees, thats 32% of the whole cost of the item.
I even asked the service agent can they help soften the blow of this exchange and they said they can offer 5% reduction in the new order. So basically nothing compared to the £95 in delivery fees.
Atrocious CS all round, cant speak to anyone. Only use this company if you have everything correct in terms of size. If you have to exchange or return, it will hit your pocket hard.
