The service from staff was outstanding! The food was awesome! And the excursions were very interesting!!

Staff was polite, efficient and professional. Food was outstanding. Great entertainment and tours.

Very personable staff. Food was great. Shower was small, it the accommodations were very adequate.

The staff on the Victory II was amazing. We had never had such care and attention. In particular, much thanks to Rahmat in the Coastal Dining room. He went above and beyond taking care of us. We miss him!

All of the service people on the ship went out of their way to make the cruise enjoyable including but not limited to our room steward and bus driver. The chef made me some sugar free deserts and cookies when I asked for them.

Wonderful itinerary… Loved the Great Lakes. The staff did an amazing job especially our dinning room server, Rechiele. She knew each of our names and always had a smile on her face. She made sure our order was to our liking. We traveled with a group of 8. Loved traveling with our friends and eating with them each night. We also enjoyed the night we made reservations for The Grill. Cooking on the stones was so much fun. Great experience. The staff at The Grill were amazing. Attentive to every need- breakfast/lunch/cooking on the stones

Also, Amaliah, our stateroom attendant keep our room clean. We loved the chocolate candy left on our bed each night. She also made sure we took extra shoes/socks when going on the Niagara Falls trip. Grateful for her advice. She kept the water bottle in our room full. Greeted us with a smile each morning and evening.

The ship was very nice. Refurbished and decorated nicely. Staterooms and bathrooms small with only one chair in the room. The mattress was very thick which made it hard to sit on the bed, but comfy for sleeping. Twin beds seem smaller than regular twin beds.

Bathrobes, slippers, and water cups were a very nice touch.

The staff was wonderful and so was the food!!

The service , exceptional food, fabulous entertainment and great tours! Loved the syrup experience , Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame , Henry Ford Muesum and Mackinac Island !
Manuel and Jack were an asset to the cruise ... both very professional ! Loved the cruise ! Would certainly recommend !

We had a great time!! Our stay was made even better by our cabin attendant Soh. She was wonderful!!

Great Food Great staff they could not do anymore for the guests

One suggestion, I think the cruise line should give its officers English language diction training I know they are all skilled but with primarily an English speaking passengers, it was a little disconcerting listening to the captain no matter how skilled he is

Food and service were great . Getting cruise info ahead of cruise was challenging. The worst thing was being told by cruise line that we couldn’t book airline home until after 2pm . This forced us to spend 6 hours at the airport before departure time. After 5 1/2 hours flight was cancelled I was stranded alone in Toronto. Had I scheduled my flight earlier in the day, this would not have happened. Horrible experience, ruined my feelings about the trip.

We are long time cruisers....40+. Had the chance to experience Victory, cruising thru all 5 of the Great Lakes. What a wonderful time! Ship was spotless and the crew VERY welcoming and friendly. Food was quite good and varied. The Grill (to cook our own food over a heated stone) was quite the time. Don't make the mistake of discounting the Great Lakes as a "ho-hum" destination, it is not. And (as an added plus) you don't have to fly overseas to get there....What's not to like?

Having never cruised with Victory, or on the Great Lakes, we had no expectations. The accommodations, food and service were of a very high standard, we enjoyed the included excursions, and the one excursion we purchased was of value. Julius, our cabin person, was very attentive and Uno in the Grill was always pleasant and informative. We would definitely cruise again with Victory and look forward to promotions and savings on the bookings.

Wonderful experience on Victory - didn’t know anyone who had sailed with Victory - very pleased with all - service, food, entertainment, especially Michael our Lake expert - chairs in dining room too big and difficult to move - want to sail again with Victory!!

The itinerary and crew were terrific. The quality and selection of food was superb. The crew was great. The only disappointment was the disembarkation procedure requiring all luggage to be ready for pickup by 10:30 PM the night before disembarkation. This causes much inconvenience and stress, since many items needed the night before departure cannot be put into a carry-on suitcase, thus suitcases must be opened at the airport.

Everything about this cruise was excellent! Truly, every aspect of it. The food and service were amazing and it was so wonderful to see our great Midwest from the perspective of a cruise! The food was the best we have ever had on a cruise, and we’ve been on many.

I had an unfortunate biking accident on Mackinac Island and sustained a severe broken leg. I was so worried about being able to get back on the ship to return home (I live near Chicago), but the staff made it possible for me to get back on the ship and took great care of me for the remaining days of the cruise. I would especially like to thank the ship’s doctor who explained the nature of my injury, checked on me multiple times each day and kept me well supplied with ice. He was so kind and reassuring! Also our dining room waiter Maximillian became such a great friend! He made every meal a delight, always bringing extra tastes for the table and generally being a charming and fun guy! Our room steward Ivan was very helpful when I needed extra help and food deliveries after my accident. Getting to Chicago ended up being challenging because of the storm but everyone worked together and got me on the bus toward home. Evening entertainment was really fun and our old and new friends definitely showed up on the dance floor. I even took a few turns before my accident, something I almost never do. The atmosphere was so friendly! I loved the mix of passengers on the ship as well. We made some new friends with whom we hope to stay in touch.
