No information about the parcel on the DHL webpage. Waiting for a dress for one month, no replies from actual humans, only automatic replies. No help, just took money and no dress, no response to emails...

Slow delivery

Slow delivery. Very creased on arrival and sleeves seem too big in relation to body. Almost square cut.

The trip to the shop was pleasant due…

The trip to the shop was pleasant due to the sales assistant who was very helpful , friendly and ordered an item online for me. My first time visiting the wexford store. I always return to shops who have friendly, helpful staff.

No customer service after failed delivery

I received only 2/3 items. I paid for all 3. I got a formula to fill for refund, but else no service or answers and customer service doesn't reply via e-mail and the chat tells me every day, during opening hours, that I am writing outside office hours. Seems no-one is actually there and the bot doesn't understand a thing.
