I am writing to formally record my satisfaction with the heating work recently carried out at my mum’s property. The engineer (Wai) conducted this professionally, and demonstrated clear technical knowledge throughout the service.
The scope of work—including inspection, repairs, testing, and system adjustments—was completed efficiently and to a high standard. All findings were explained clearly, and any recommended future maintenance was communicated in a transparent and informative manner.
Since the work is now completed, the heating system has been operating reliably and as expected, with noticeable improvement in performance. Based on the quality of service, communication, and professionalism displayed, I am confident in recommending this company for heating maintenance and repair services and especially Wai himself.

Boiler's problem fixed finally.
Iulian attended today to fix my boiler. Since he was the third engineer to attend to fix it . His work was attentive, neat and more efficient than the others.
He showed sympathy as we haven't had heating and hot water for a few days.

Wai Hong was super kind and helpful he came in and straight away figured out the issue. He was very patient as we have a child in the house who was a bit overly curious with him while he was working and Wai was extremely good with him and still got on with the job. Honestly very great visit and experience with him here today and just an all round, we were out of hot water and heating for a few days and his effort got us back and running!

Today's experience has been great. I had Chris Mullen come. He fixed the leak which has been missed previously and got the boiler going . He cleaned up after himself very well. Was polite and wore shoe covers to protect my carpets.
