I'm so glad I came across Villager Jim. Our most beloved family cat Phoebe had to be unexpectedly put to sleep recently which was particularly hard for us all.

I was googling for an pet's memory keepsake etc, not entirely sure what I was after. Up popped Villager Jim with a product that was just perfect.

Unusually for me I ordered it instantly. It was a hanging cut out metal heart containing a cat's silhouette, tail continuing out a little at the bottom tip with Phoebe's name beautifully inscribed within it. It's beautiful, tasteful and I was very moved when it arrived.

The heart is now on the pot of a new small lilac tree.

I'm truly grateful as I feel this completes everything. I feel I've done my very best for our precious cat, so a heartfelt thank you.

May I add an important tip that not everyone seems to be aware of. If you're creating a memorial plant with your loved one's ashes, please make sure you use specially formulated amendment soil to mix with the ashes first before adding to the pot. This way the plant/tree/bush won't go into shock and wither away.

Even our vets had no idea of this. So if Phoebe's passing can thoughtfully help others then that's just lovely.

Having recently lost my cat I ordered one of the lovely silhouettes to put on her grave. I am delighted with the product, the quality is superb, and the service was terrific. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Villager Jim again.

Ordered slate heart and garden steel heart in remembrance of our wee Jack russell that sadly passed. Both were brilliant cant fault items at all only gripe was Royal Mail sadly my local post office is a bit hit or miss but thats not villager Jim's fault. I ordered a Cat Willow Tree Steel Garden Sculpture, which is just perfect for the space I have in mind
A problem with entering our (very!) rural address was dealt with by Hen without any fuss, and the sculpture arrived safely, well packaged, good quality and looking just as it did online, in just a couple of days. It will look fabulous as it ages and rusts

After the loss of our much loved dog Bailey. I was looking for something that would keep her memory alive for our family. She is at peace in our garden with a beautiful tribute that I found on line from Villager Jim. An engraved slate heart. It was easy to order and was delivered promptly and am delighted with my purchase.

I bought a indoor door may for £26.99. What arrived would be worth £10 max. It is extremely thin with a big crease down the middle. On reading the returns policy there is no point me returning this as I would lose the postage +10% of the price. I should have read the reviews. I will never use this seller again. It seems to read as a small independent company which I wanted to support but this is very misleading.
