Awful customer service. Ordered a personalised sun catcher for a friend whose dog had passed away. Was advised that i could email them and add the dogs name after I ordered. They were quick to take my.money but then decided I couldn't personalise it. Asked if I could send a message with the gift but this request was ignored. So a random dog suncatcher turned up and my friend had no idea who it was from. Rude abrupt email messages from so called customer service and I am being bombarded with their product emails. Would not recommend.

I needed an urgent gift for a close friend who’s dog passed away .The response of the company was speedy and the gift arrived on the exact day I needed it as promised by them. The gift was perfect and exactly as described and beautifully made. Subsequently my friend who was impressed by the tree hanger has ordered another one for a dog she lost many years ago as a reminder of that little soul as well.

Ordered from them last year (I know my review is late) and the stained glass piece was AI slip printed onto plastic and it was tiny! My fault for not reading properly but they still shouldn’t have slapped AI on the design. Hire real artists.

We have bought several items from Villager Jim and rented his cottage. Communication is always prompt, friendly and polite. Items arrive well packaged and exactly as ordered. Their cottage is beautifully appointed, warm and cosy.

The ordering process is easy and the quality of the goods is excellent. Delivery is as stated.
I would love some of his pictures but are unable to hang them at home.

For a change I was extremely disappointed with my purchase of a personalised 'Hoody' the quality was poor, made of cheap plastic, very small, not worth giving as a gift, and very overpriced! Happy with past purchases but ..... not doing your reputation any good selling cheap 'bits' at high prices !

I recently ordered from a birthday present from Villager Jim and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Great product and wonderful customer service. I initially had an issue when my order was incorrectly delivered by Royal Mail to an unknown address, I contacted Villager Jim and they were fantastic, super responsive and managed to get a replacement to me extremely quickly, despite two bank holidays in time for the birthday. Great company will definitely use them again

I've bought several heavy dog tags/discs and wanted some adjustments to the writing that came with it and the small discs , each done with ease great communication and quick delivery

I ordered a dog tag as we’ve moved house. Lovely job by Hen and arrived promptly. Thank you VJ team.

Bought the everlasting daffodils "Mum " suncatcher. Ordered in plenty of time and arrived promptly for Mother's day. Mum loves it. We also got one for my partner's Mum, she also loves it and lots of people in her care home have said how pretty it is.

Fabulous customer service - I ordered some small items and the postage costings was disproportionate. After contacting villager Jim they immediately rectified the issue.
