We wanted to check a car we bought and when we did this the company signed us up for a subscription, wich we didnt allow them to, since than the company has withdrawn 49.99 euros 21/3, 24/4, 25/5. This is nothing we gave them permission to do.

Don't buy vin report totally scam 13.99 for free information on your car! Report was empty ! and asking for refund they just ignores you. SCAMERS!

I put my ad to seel car on kijiji and guy contacted me showing interest to buying my vehicle. He wanted me to get to this website vindocs and get the report and when I said I can send him carfax report but he said vindocs is better. Then I googled vindocs and came to know that they are scammers.. I msg him back, and obviously he didn't reply...

For sure it's a great service to check car vin history for a reasonable price. For me website looks professional, works fast, I have got that expected. Report was full of information, also had additional general info about car. I can assure you that it is not a scammers. Maybe not all cars have vin history although highly recommend to check it.

Total shit. Avoid this at all costs. The report does not show anything.

Don’t waste your money on this rubbish! I asked for a report for a Suzuki Baleno the report they sent is for a Nissan 800. Nothing matches. No response to my email!

This site is absolutely useless and fraudulently uses your credit card details to send through further charges !!! The report I requested the website indicated I would receive in " seconds " of making payment . three DAYS later still not received. Emails to their support centre not responded to. NO telephone number to contact them on their website at all. They are USELESS

I paid money for this and got completely wrong results, wrong engine type, wrong hp everything wrong. Don't trust them, and I typed discount code, and even that didn't apply. I WANT REFUND!

The vehicle reports is a scam, watch out. They promise certain vehicle data including full service history but none returned in the provided report. Report is not even detailed and churns out average data only, barely anything specific to the Vehicle itself. Go check hellopeter to see other scammed victims reviews clearly as well.

Identified the correct vehicle but provided no information in the Report. Complete waste.

Claims to be able to decode VIN. This was what my visit was for. I could not care less about any of the reports they then try to sell.

Short answer, long on promise, lacking in delivery. Could not find plate in NSW which suggests they have had their access revoked.

The VIN should be a source of truth, the rego isn't, the green slips aren't.

COMPLETE SCAM. DONT FALL FOR IT. The report was useless. It wasn't a report, just a document with generic information about the vehicle in question. They have no real connections to any database, even the vehicle stolen check is fake data. Total waste of money.

POST-REPORT. I need to mention that I requested a refund, and the company had no quibble in honoring it.

Dunno about scam, but the information I received was incorrect, my engine capacity was wrong, which is a really big mistake to make, with no mileage or service information.
I would advise to rather avoid this service

Wanted service history or to at least know where car was purchased so i could get service history from them, this report gave me no useful information at all. Would have paid R299 to know what dealer the car was serviced at in its first few years but got nothing of value from this.
