Fraudulent company... customer service is available on chat... they will not refund unless they receive the shipment back.
my courier did not come to deliver shipment and shipment is lost , yet they are saying that i have to wait , one month gone....i cnat cancel the order, i will not receive the order, i will not get the money unless they receive the package back at their facility, just.
If i havent received the shipment , how they are going to receive it back..

I am never going to buy again , strongly recommend not to buy from them .... the customer service is only tracking the parcel for you nothing else..they don know what to say to customer or how to help them with situation.

My mistake was not checking reviews before the order.
Those who read this, never by from this e-shop.

Thought it was fake and wanted to apologize for my previous bad review because of the packaging and the bottles of the fumes but once tried they are the bomb it lasted for so long like 10 hours bought 4 of them and will buy again. But before buying make sure that you already know the scent. Also the delivery was fast and service are good.

No clear policy on refund for damaged or fake products, I reported the case to the customer service and they didn’t resolve the problem but they have complicated it and wasted my time on writing to them back and forth... I will never buy again from them and recommend everybody reading this not to fall with there attractive pricing as they sell rubbish stuff.

I bought the perfume tester it was a fake one they send to me. I am very disappointed with it.
when I chat with customer support they say it was original. but it is not. this VIP brand people making their customer fool.

VIP Brands is a scammer, They Sell Fake Perfume tester. I bought Creed Aventus perfume tester all fake. when I inform about this to customer care they not ready to accept this and return the money. they will say some stupid ideas. please dont buy anything from VIP brands all products are fake.

I did my research about vipbrands before I buy anything and I saw some positive feedback and rating which made me trust their products. Unfortunately, The positive feedback and rating were fake and I ended up buying a punch of their perfumes and all of them are fake. The bottle is fake and poor, and the smell is very poor quality (only last for 1 hour).
I guarantee that all the positive feedback that you find here are fake.

the perfumes orders are Fake and not genuine tester perfumes.

FAKE Tester

I received the top branded tester perfume which was claimed to be Original in the website from factory but turned out to be fake. FAKE box fake bottle. Smells like cologne.

I've been online shopping for almost 17 years now and this is by far the worst website I've shopped from! everything I received is poor bad fake quality! the makeup is just rubbish, I have complained to the authorities to have this website (VIPBRANDS) closed and I'll demand a refund!

I think here is the best place for online shopping. All perfumes i got was great and you are very helpful. I got a perfume with leakage. I told you and you sent me a very new one for free and free shipping

Just got my first package and sadly all of them were inspected by a friend of mine in Debenhams who used to work with tester perfumes his entire life, and they were fake.

Very fake.

The smart thing they do here is, they fake the testers and everything including box and the packaging.

We filled a report to the Saudi Trade Ministry as they will block their website soon in the region.

Stay away from them, kids.

UPDATE: You see their comment below? It is nothing. They only show it for people on this page so they fake legitimacy; I did contact them and nothing happened and they kept saying that their perfumes are original, lol.

UPDATE March 15, 2019: I contacted them according to their comment below and they refused to refund me; fakers and liers, sadly I lot a lot of money.
