Fake perfume, be careful, don't waste your money.

It is fake and not original nor test perfumes as claimed !!!! I don't recommend buying perfumes from VipBrands at all.
They are not publishing customer's low rating reviews also in order to get more customers fall in the trap.

VIPbrands selling fake perfumes and they are not willing to refund the money. it is not at all testers. very cheap perfumes and can get on road side SR.5

the worst experience online.. took 1 and a hakf month to recieve a perfume that I didn't order at first cuz the one I wanted was out of stock but still figuring available in the app..
of course how fast you are in deducting money before even checking the availability of the item ordred.. and than you suggest repacement or coupon.. no refund!!

Very very bad experience they sent me two totally fake testers. I don’t know how they are allowed to do online business and use Aramex as their courier while defrauding people out of their money maybe Aramex is in on this. I’m going to report Aramex too for carrying out this illegal activity. When I contacted them to return the fake testers they refused to take them back DONT EVER SHOP FROM VIPBRANDS THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS I REPEAT THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS

They claim to sell original testers, however what they actually sell is fakes. I received a totally broken bottle which amazingly they replaced which was also fake when I raised this they claimed this is how the perfume is sent from the manufacturer. The perfume is Tom Ford Oud Wood which i happen to own an original off and the one sent by this outfit is not even close. I contacted customer services who first tried to say the bottle was original then asked me to continue the conversation via WhatsApp, then offered a 50% Voucher and then apparently their management decided that they will not honour the offer.
If you are happy with copycat perfumes which smell similar to original perfumes then there are many cheaper alternatives than this company with the added bonus they wont claim to be originals.
If you want to know how genuine this company is just contact the manufacturer and ask if VIP Brands is an authorised agent or seller of their goods.

Not a good online shopping site. They literally sent me a broken bottle of the perfume!!! Never shop from over here!!!

Charged my Visa card for about $ 500 on 14 June 2019 and my fraud experience with VipBrands started. Items never received and money never refunded. Aramex said items received damaged but wouldn't give me any proof and requested me to contact VipBrands. When I informed VipBrands about the damage incident, they said they wouldn't take any action until they get report from Aramex.
I became more like a tennis ball bouncing between a scammer and a liar. These two fraud partners kept referring me back and forth for more than two months so far without any serious resolution effort from their side. I trully believe both companies are partners in this online scam. As of today 17 Aug 2019, I sent hundreds of emails and WhatsApp messages but they continue lying about resolving the issue.
To all victims like me, I highly recommend that you report your fraud incident to your bank so they can raise money back request from Visa company. Also, don't let Aramex off the hook. Report them to the authorities in your country.
One final action we all can take is to go to the app stores and give VipBrands negative ratings so others will be aware of those thieves.

I buy Following Two perfumes:
Bleu de Channel
Midnight Rose

I received order in one week. Honestly i was afraid after viewing bad reviews and fake perception. but what i found is amazing. Bleu de Channel lasts for 10 hours and seems original. Even if this is a copy, its a nice one. Because price is 35% of actual in the KSA market.

Great product and the price is unreal. At first I was skeptical about the price but I still decided to go for it albeit reading review that these were Chinese knock offs. I've had the perfume for 4 days now and I have to say I LOVE mashallah. It lasts for two days in hot weather so it could probably last longer in cooler weather. The deliver to saudi Arabia was super fast. Communication was on point. Overall good experience and I will be buying again.

Please take this message as a serious do not buy ever from this brand of vip brands there giving 3rd class fake copy’S same as an cologne I bought those s**t for worth of nearly 200bd i feel like i lost all my money because of dealing with those fake mother f*****s i even send a message to Bahrain ministry hopefully they will block their site in Bahrain and half of the packages what i got damaged and they dont want to exchange it there telling if there is no leaking we cannot make the compassion really f***ing kidding me or what please do not waste your time and money for this brand its from china i have the pictures if there is an possibilities to post it ill do

This is a company selling fakes from China. They are unhelpful and rude and I am really disappointed. They say it’s discounted because they are buying direct from a warehouse but they are not. It is fakes. When I asked for a refund they provided a Chinese address even though on my package it cake from a UK address. I am reporting them to trading standards. Do yourself a favour and do NOT buy off this company.

Perfums not authentic . They sell knockoffs claiming authentic

VIPBRANDS said my product will be shipped within 1-5 days. but after 20 days they said my shipment was damaged one of my perfume bottle was broken and will replace alternative in 5 days. again, after one day they said another bottle also damaged and if i want either will issue the token for next purchase or will place another order. i agreedwith another order with replacement of new perfumes. i am keep waiting for two months and even i sent an many reminder but no response. PLS DONT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY, RATHER YOU CAN DONATE TO SOME POOR PEOPLE. THIS COMPANY does not have reputation, dignity and honor.

Fake perfumes, perfume bottles been labeled incorrectly. Cheating customers and very poor after sales service and complaint resolution. Please stay away from VipBrands.
