I already bought, initially they say it will be delivered from Saudia, then they say it come from turkey and then it came from some industrial zone sharjah.

When I communicate with them first they apologise then said we are will send ur shipment asap , back to communicate with them and asked for back my money said this process will take 60 days or if u huryup can take a perfumes from Saudi Arabia and give me some perfuime must i select .when i selected and send asked about this perfume they are not answer me never

this website is trap they took the money and did not deliver all items and they told all items are received and not missing even the perfume receive are fake like alcohol with fragrance does not woth for 1 dollar. do not even try to visit this website

I you buy don't use you credit card
If you use COD open the box and check the QTY if you buy by credit card they will not send you all products for example 1000 usd they will send 500 usd of products and that will ask you to pick other products because it out of stock if you need refund you should wait 60 days you may not receive at all

FAKE perfumes, not even close to original! And no refund or change option.... I made a mistake for ordering vefore reading comments and then it was too late.

All FAKE perfumes, I ordered 5 received 4 from which one didn’t even smell like it should it was a total different thing. Asked for refund said 60 days only for the one they didn’t send, this is ridiculous. I understand the price is low but there are testers out there that are real, for 160dhs per bottle they should atleast smell like the original!! Very disappointed do not recommend at all, and I’m actually thinking of making a complaint against them.

I have read many negative reviews about this website/application at the same time there were some people gave 5 stars and were happy. However, my horrible experience started when i placed my order and finally received it after a month, when i opened the Box i noticed that i received 3 perfumes i stead of 5 perfumes i already paid through CC and one of the 3 received was wrong!! I contacted their whatsapp number and complained, they told they will check and will return within 48 hours! After 72 hours I chatted with them and it was clear that the one who is chatting with me don't know anything about my case and i have to repeat the whole story again for him. However, he calmed me up and promised to check with concerned department and will revert within 48 hours, i waited for a week and like before i have to start the chatting wondering what is the status of my missing items, again the shift changed and i have to repeat the story again for a new agent which again he promised to check and revert within 48 hours. Today i said i will give it another chance and will ask about my complaint status but this time they didnt promise to check and revert after 48 hours but at the beginning they were reading my msgs but do not reply and at the end seems they blocked me :-( guys trust me it doest worth to try them, any one who reads my review here and buy from them you really deserve what will happen to you!!

Avoid VipBrands, it seems management changed and they are collecting your money without sending you the purchased items, I purchased 4 perfume bottles since 18/03/2020 and till today not received and if you ask for refund they tell you to wait 60 day!!!

I order my perfum on March 30 TS30031197444 and until now I didn't recieve the order. I think this is a very bad place for shopping and I am not sure how I will get my money back?

Sorry to say this but due to bad my experience with your management.
I requested an order and it was out of stock. Off course no one told me until I asked the support team on whatsapp.
I chose to cancel and they said it needs 45_60 days for process of refund and it will returned to your card.
Still waiting ; just replying to me you received email with refund and sure I didn't receive .
What I will do with email ;your finance can return directly to my card.
There is no respect to the customer ; just delaying . You lost our trust.
I 'm still waiting for refund and your support team just creating excuses.
It's my right my refund.
I need my refund by today.

Fake Fake Fake syrian turkey staff, fooling people with original pictures and fake perfumes. I ordered many perfumes, at last I knew they are fake when I got the original from friend and compare them.

And they giveaway $10 free voucher when you write positive reviews here.
