Their packaging is badas they don't care if there will be problems with shipping as I got the perfume broken and the liquid is out of the bottle and at the end informed me that will give you 30% as per a ridiculous policy that is not there saying "perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged because of shipping conditions" why will I be responsible of shipping problem and its not me who is shipping and there is another item I requested and didn't receive because its not available and they informed me that they will return the amount as voucher and I really decided not to buy anything from them and since I told them no I want it back to my credit card they started to ignore all my chats and that is really irritating and not acceptable.

Don't buy from this site, it's not recommended at all, they don't have customer support, they don't have refund, I've placed an order for fragrances on the 27th Nov-2020, my order no is.TS27111308462 till not is not shipped & they don't want to refund me. It's absolute crap

They are fake guys! Please don’t buy from them! I bought a perfume from them which i already had and i could first hand compare and know instantly it was a fake. The cap, the bottle, everthing was so cheap looking. On top of that, it had spelling errors! This place needs to shut down! Con artists making money off of honest people!

I bought eleven perfume from them , credit card payment, they called me and inform the delivery will be between 7 to 10 days.
After 5 days they deliver the packages,
When open the packages you can say they deliver what they have in warehouse not based on the order, out of 11 selection they deliver 6 correct and they send another 5 plaus one not same as my choice.
To be frank the defence it was good perfumes and they add one extra.
I used the perfumes to be frank I don't know if it is original or not , but when use it it is last long for full day even second day I can smell the perfumes on my shirts,
The price I pay for the full package of 12 perfumes same as price of 2 perfumes from shops.
As I mentioned I don't know if it is original or fake , but comparing the smell and last long with the price I pay it's worth it.
Future maybe I will reorder but with small package of 3 as maximum.

It is cheating company and there is no to communicate expect what’s up
They will send one item what is available and they will take full money

It took 2 months after paying the order online to receive the goods and every time I contact Customer Services, they just replying very soon will be shipped without giving any information or any other dicussion.
They are the worst. Don't deal with them.

I ordered three perfume but what they delivered through pick n drop was four different perfume
Contact on wattsapp may be they give someone order unfortunately they replied they send what they have in their warehouse so y advert unavailable perfume
Why to accept order if no stock
Why not inform customer and refund the money
When ask to take back inform no return policy
Please stop this web VIP to order perfumes because they only will give what they feel to give
If want waste money order otherwise better to buy in shops

This Online shop specially for perfume, are SCAM! they will send you anything they want, not your Order! and all are FAKE! This should be investigated by the Authority! My brother Order was NOT delivered correctly!

No shipment, after cancellation no refund, also. If you want to throw your money out of the window, you’re most welcome to use these scammers!

Totally fake perfumes i purchased 2 the channel blue and tomford the smell lasts for 30 minutes only....My advice dnt lose your money and buy from them and got cheated.

I would give it 0 star if I could. The perfumes are absolutely NOT testers but completely fake products. I am not talking about the packaging or design bottles but the scent itself. We have ordered a perfume we are very used to and the scent we have received is completely different, not comparable at all with even 10% of the original scent. This company should feel ashamed about lying blatantly like this! Don’t make the same mistake as we did, refrain from ordering if you think you will receive the same scent, trust me you won’t!

Guy stop ordering from VIP Brand they deliver you fake perfume. And the customer service really worst.

SCAMMER! Fake Fake Fake! Everything they show in their site or social page may seem original but actual product ordered is uber FAKE! Upon confronting for selling me a super fake dior perfume, they blocked me from all of their social media. Be very careful with this SCAMMERS!
