i placed an order and i received missing item as well as some item replaced by another, they sent to me coupon to use as refund when i apply for this coupon i found i can't use the discount in the site so if i will use the discount it will be equal to the coupon means this coupon fake and not true and the steal me and after i contacted them nothing solved , THIS SITE NOT RECOMMENDED THEY ARE CHEATER

I don’t understand how this company work?! I have a friend whom received original items as she confirmed and based on her feedback, I personally ordered mine and received the shipment in less than 10 days but I assured VIP customer services team and shared photos that these items are not original at all. Anyway, they are losing customers trust and I will never buy online again. VIP brands is selling fake products.

Said they were a authorised dealer of Canada goose. Web page closed. They sent me a fake. A very expensive one!

They took my money 3 months ago and didnt send anything! They said the perfume u ordered is out of stock and we will not give u ur money back.. only coupon to use it in the store with ur money!! When i chose a perfume, it arrived in a very bad condition + broken and the perfume was fake and the smell is ugly
