Their GP Surgery in Purfleet should be…

Their GP Surgery in Purfleet should be renamed Purfleet WE DON'T CARE Centre. Virgin Care website is unavailable, emails don't work, so you cannot contract them. They cannot be bothered with the public's health, so shouldn't be in the industry.

Wrong Side

Eventually got an appointment with the proper nhs not virgin care cowboys, and they were about to inject me in left side,I had to point out that it is in fact the right that is the problem, and the staff didn’t seem surprised they had the wrong information from virgin care, think the health secretary Wes Streeting should look at these companies as there definitely not value for tax payers money,I have written to Mr Streeting to let him know my experience

NHS money wasted

I was referred to virgin care by nhs as they have contract,I was seen no hands on treatment just advice and some excercises,I was told appointments are 10-15 minutes so there’s no time for hands on,I have since got my own physio ( can I have refund of national insurance) and he went hands on 30 minutes used tens machine and in 3 visits has helped ease pain,so I see virgin care as a money making scheme using the NHS as a cash cow,now that the government are looking into getting value for money in nhs this should be looked at,spent 6 months in pain, think Wes Streeting the health minister should look into these private company contracts that are clearly not delivering, all in all not great but I’ll shall take it further

My surgery keep texting me telling me I…

My surgery keep texting me telling me I can no longer get my lifelong prescription items on the NHS. This is clearly incorrect and has messed my body up! When challenged it’s turns out this is false information. What’s going on Virgin [doesn’t] Care? Making it up as it suits you?

A total shambles

Virgin Care was awarded the contract to provide the Covid vaccination to my child’s secondary school. They arrived on September 30th and left before vaccinating my child’s year group - promising to return the next day. It is now almost a month later and they still haven’t returned and COVID is spreading like wildfire in my child’s school. A total shambles.

Virgincare Bath

The standard of care at the Virgincare Hospital in Bath is appalling. My husband was left on the commode for 40 minutes and the staff do not respond to the call button sometimes for an hour. It’s is so sad that the NHS has outsourced to Virgincare without putting in any checks and balances.

Disgusting, the time they take to answer the phone is unacceptable. Then they mess up your script it’s not sent when it should have been. Need a rocket

Appalling

Appalling, was forced to be seen by virgin care after my local hospital dermatology department was closed, I suffer with an auto immune disease for which I take medication, called today for my prescription only to be told that I cannot be issued for my tablets until I have a blood test, that's fine, next available appointment, 1st of September, 2 weeks from today, so basically I am left with no tablets for 2 weeks, by which time I will be in complete agony, I explained this but they didn't seem to care

The worst Customer Service Department

The worst Customer Service Department

Not for the first time have I had the misfortune to speak to this department, only to be greeted by rudeness levels that are only matched by the stupidity level. Best of all after you are then pushed to breaking point by the fools who clearly have no idea what they are in fact doing, you get told that moving forward all communication must now be via email. I’d be surprised if these muppets can actually read.

Virgincare, please more like Virgin don’t give a fu*k

Virgin don't care

Virgin don't care should be more correct. I now have a father seriously ill in hospital because they haven't changed a skin graft dressing for a fortnight. Totally unacceptable Mr Branson, get your head out of the stratosphere and concentrate on your earthly enterprises.

Virgin care health service is just the…

Virgin care health service is just the worst I have ever experienced. So not organised, lots of technical issues with their computers in hospital, some equipment is outdated and broken. What a shame for NHS to keep this Trust still running their services.
