I have been with virgin games for many happy years and have played with thousands of pounds never beyond my means however just lately they have given me a spend limit they say I need show bank statements to up my limit they used to be the best but now the customer service team don't have the time for you and they treat you like they don't care about your business.

played video poker, worked out they add £1 to every game as a side bet. Even after I disabled it, it automatically re-enabled itself and took £1 extra per hand. Used to be a good site to play on but now wins of any significant amount are very rare. Customer service seems programmed to respond to queries with a pre prepared essay on RNG'S and RTP. Was playing a slot game earlier in the week when a new feature just appeared from nowhere and completely ruined the game. When I queried this I was told game providers could introduce new features and Virgin were not responsible. It then turned out the new feature was a promotion being applied to certain games so it was entirely an issue caused by them. You couldn't make it up! Then, playing the same game at 50p I hit not just the bonus a super bonus with extra features and more spins. 15 spins produced £2.50 which is far less than you would expect even from a normal bonus. My account is now closed, even if you are currently winning quit while you are ahead.

spent thousands at very low stakes on lots of their games hardly ever see any features let alone get them to land and even when they do it os always the minimum win completely rigged by the provider and rigged again by the company using them.
Had a small win compared to what I have just given to them over the last few months spent 600 in a week on 50 60 80 pence stakes not a single win since this was on about 15 different games they have ignored my formal complaint so that now forces me to make a formal complaint to the Gambling commission with the facts that it is a rigged controlled site and unfair at the least.
