Charging twice!
Learned that when I received my credit card statement VISTA has doubled the charge for my business card order. I received the cards but I'm being charged twice, called the contact on my statement and the individual says I was only charged once - I ask to speak to a supervisor which she could not provide, this is illegal! I am in the process of pursuing, please beware.

I am very disappointed…
I am very disappointed with this company. I place an order on September 1st for invitations and certificates for my son's birthday party on the 19th. I requested expedited shipping of the invites to be received on the 4th. All products on my order had delayed production. I reach out about the invitations on September 6th I spoke with someone through their chat feature I was told he could not see why it was delayed and had to escalate this he would reach out by email. On September 8th I still had not received a follow up. I reached out again the person that helped me said production was started and I should receive the invites the 10th or 11th, I made sure to check in on the certificates as well to make sure they would be here for the party since they had the production delay status as well the person confirmed everything was ok. Today (the 10th) I reachd out again just to be sure everything was on track to be told I wouldnt receive my invites until the 15th at the earliest. That is 4 days before my son's party. I canceled my order and will not be using this company again. This caused alot of unnecessary frustration.

Amazing customer support

They steal from you
I have used Vista print for many, many years and unfortunetly I cannot trust them anymore. They canceled an order I made and never refunded me. If I didn’t log into my account, months later, and call customer service, they would have kept my money. This has happened twice already! I recommed you find another company. This one is crap.

Normally, when an order is cancelled, we send a direct email stating the reason and what needs to be done to fix it. Your response would then see us resolving the issue with you. We are not sure what happened, but we can assure you that this is not the experience we want you to have, nor do we want you to lose confidence in our service. We'll definitely be looking into the matter to see what went wrong and put things in place to prevent a future occurrence.

I created some business cards on 9/8/26 had the shipping set for 9/23 and then realized I needed them sooner. I contacted vista print via there chat and was connected to customer service representative Ellen T. Joyce.
We connected on 9/9/26 at 8:29am.
She assisted me by reviewing my order then offered me dates for for 9/17 and 9/20. She then showed me how to cancel my current order, so that I wouldn't have to pay additional money for expedited shipping.
Ellen walked me through the process and credited my account. Her assistant was invaluable, precise and organized.

Mistake corrected and better design created!
I made a mistake on my order and Windy was able to locate my order, make the necessary adjustments and created a better design then what I had.
