Completely horrific experience with Vistaprint on some brochures. I downloaded a proof of my project and ordered after approval. Upon receipt of the item, there were 18 spelling errors in the copy of the printed item that did not exist in the proof. When I called customer service to have the item either reprinted or refunded, they refused and said they do not regenerate the project after approval. They had to. There is no other explanation. Was hung up on by customer service rep. When I called back to talk to another agent, she agreed they used AI to generate the item and could see the errors. When she went to refund me.....they used some REALLY creative math and refused to refund me for the entire item purchased. I've used VistaPrint for years....but there are so many other options available for printing these days. Will NEVER be using VistaPrint again. Buyer Beware...they are NOT committed to making it right or treating their customers with respect!

I have been a loyal customer for years now! I have always had such an amazing experience with great clearly printed items. Estrael is an exceptional customer service representative that helped ease my mind on my print. Thank you for all the help!

THE DESIGN EXPERT TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO REMOVE THE DARK BACKGROUN FROM MY DESIGN SO IT BLENDED WITH THE WHITE OF THE MUG. ALSO MADE A SUGGESTION THAT I LOVED. HE/SHE SPENT TIME TO DO THIS AND WAS SO HELPFUL MADE A BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT . THANK YOU!!

Vista Print has been fantastic to deal with and their product quality is top knotch. There live chat service is excellent and it's really nice to have their help finalizing your order. In the event there is an issue with one something ordered, they are quick to work with you and get it resolved. Outstanding customer service and communication. We will be regular customers with VistaPrint.

These guys are great especially Joan A she listens and super quick yes they are a bit expensive but it cost money to make money people. I aslo had some flaws with shirts and they were happily to replace them no questions asked I lied they wanted a picture then ask where they should send my replacment

I had a slight problem with my order and customer service have very help there sending me a replacement order. I truly had a good experience.

I've I had the best experience working with your employee Lhoyd and he went above and beyond. Not only did he make it easy and fast but he also made it complete and he worked with me all the way until everything was designed and printed up all the way from the polo t-shirts to the Business website.

Mr. John Reines was very very helpful and polite. He worked swiftly and got the job done properly. Thank you for also being so polite. Great Job!!!!

David was incredible. He went above and beyond what I was asking and I would feel blessed to be able to work with him again.

I use Vista Print a lot for custom signs, business cards and door hangers for my exterior cleaning business. They may not be the cheapest option but man are they the best. Great products, easy DIY design UI, and they constantly run promotions.

Also big shout out to Zshania M for helping me with an order. GET THIS WOMAN A RAISE!! :)

I've never made a banner before, and Marlyn at VistaPrint quickly and kindly made a banner I never could have designed from my simple text. It's beautiful. And the price is so much less than I imagined. People need to use VistaPrint! Thank you very much.

Excellent Customer Service
I order from Vistaprint several times a month, and have only had a few issues with them. However, whenever I do have an issue and I contact their support team, they are very quick to respond. I really appreciate that it is always a real person who I'm talking to first, and there's no robot/AI hurdle that I need to jump through before speaking to a real person. They are very nice and understanding, and always find solutions to my issues. I am definitely loyal to Vistaprint and will continue to order my company's products from here everytime. They are wonderful. I spoke to Ivan Jaspher in particular most recently, who was very helpful.
