I ordered save the date cards on March 24. Was supposed to arrive by March 30th via UPS. UPS lost the package. I realize this is not vita prints fault. I called customer service. The person reorder the job for me. She told me the package would arrive April 1st and it would be shipped by a different courier. Well it was shipped by UPS again. She also told me the cards and envelopes would come in separate packages and the envelopes might arrive before the cards. Nothing arrived April 1. But on April 2nd 50 cards arrived no envelopes. I called UPS to find where the other pkg was. The UPS rep assured me they would be delivered April 3rd. They were not. Oh, and I should mention the vista print rep said they would keep checking on my order and keep me updated. Nope. Didn't happen. After the April 3rd pkg did not arrive I called vista print again. Rox apologized and said the UPS tracking said the order was still out for delivery. I told her I just got off the phone with UPS and they told me the pkg would not be delivered. I have no idea if it is lost or not. She said she would reorder the job again (this is the 3rd time if you have lost count) and asked when i wanted it by. I said Tuesday which would be the 7th. And I wanted it sent by a different courier. She said she couldn't pick the courier that It was random. She told me the cards could arrive by Wednesday. Said I wanted them Tuesday. She said that couldn't happen. But I would get them Wednesday. She asked me if I was confident that I would get them. I said nope. She too said that she would keep track of the order, keep me updated and send me an email confirming. I did not receive an email (and, yes, I checked sapm). At this point I am not sure if I am going to get my other 100 cards and 150 envelopes or not, and to say this has been the MOST FRUSTRATING situation is an understatement. I have used vista print before both personally and in my job and have never had this nonsense happen. I will say, on a positive note, the 50 cards we received do look nice, but I am a VERY unhappy customer.

I ordered another shirt and it wasn’t what I really wanted as online told me as I was making it that they couldn’t do my shirt the way the first one was ordered. So vista print emailed me and I responded. They ended up being able to make the shirt the way I wanted it and also with another item they corrected for me I am so happy that they were able to replace and send free of charge and shipping. It really helped. Vista print will always be my go to !!

After receiving a shirt with the incorrect spelling of my logo, you printed it exactly the same way, INCORRECT once again. Event I need shirt for is over. I am beyond embarrassed for your company. Will never use you again.

I have ordered several products and have been very happy with how easy it is to design your merch. I also like the way they are printed and the quality of the products. Additionally, I had one item arrive that was misprinted. Mistakes happen! But Vistaprint reacted immediately and fixed the error with ease and at no additional charge.

I haven't had a bad experience w/ Vistaprint until today.
I ordered the EDDM mailers because they are marketed as postage prepaid. Paid a good sum for 500 cards, only to take them to USPS to find out that postage is NOT PREPAID and I had to pay the postage in addition. BE WARNED, DO NOT ORDER VISTAPRINT EDDM cards if you think postage is included!!

I wish I could go back in time & tell myself not to order from VistaPrint. I had accidentally clicked the approve button on an image & when that happened, I immediately contacted their customer service. I told them there were issues with the image & asked if they could send me another proof to approve. I found out that was too much for their customer service to handle & I received an email that my order was put into production. I again, contacted customer service who told me production would be stopped & they would again send me a new proof. Again, that never happened.
This time I wanted to speak with a supervisor. I was told one would call me within 24 hours. Then I was told one would call me by the end of the day. Neither happened. The next day I was told someone would call me by the end of the day. When that didn't happen I called again & this time I was told someone would call me within 24 to 48 hours. At no time could they put me through to any supervisor. It seems there's never a supervisor working anytime you call. One of their top notch customer service reps said she couldn't pass me through to a supervisor unless I gave her a valid reason. I spent 10 mins explaining to this waste of space what had been going on with my order, but I didn't have a valid reason? Thanks for nothing.
I then got in touch with management who assured me my order wouldn't go out, they would send me a proof first & wouldn't go into production until I approved it. Then I got a shipping confirmation with tracking. Does anyone here actually now what goes on between departments? Or at the very least, talk to each other?
Management then told me they would put a new order together & send me proofs first. I gave feedback on some of the errors on the new proofs & instead of taking care of the errors, they managed to change parts of the image that there were no issues with. No matter how many times I told them the part that needed to be changed, they would change something else. Eventually they sent me the original image as one of the proofs. From a week ago. Yes, this went on for over a week.
Finally I was told they would send me a photo of a sample before anything went into production and shipped. Then I received an email that my order was finished & received a tracking number. Save your time & money & buy from someone local who you can actually talk to & see them in production. This entire order has been a nightmare & I hope to never have to speak with anyone who works for VistaPrint ever again. Thanks for wasting my time & my money.
