What a joke, the design they printed looks nothing like what I sent them ,I do this for a living (marketing manager) so I know that the issue was not on my end

Paid for express delivery, which should have been delivered on the 14th, called on the 15th and they stated it was in production. Left us with an event with no information. I will never use this company again!!!!

Not recommend
If you are planning a fair, never rely on VistaPrint’s delivery times. They promised to deliver my materials in Stockholm within 8 days, but they arrived incomplete, leaving an empty spot at my stand. I do not recommend them.
13/10 update
Unfortunately, VistaPrint’s customer service did not reply to my email within the promised 24 hours, and the online chat feels like talking to an AI bot that just copies and pastes standard answers. I tried to explain that my two roll-up orders were connected and needed to be used together, but they didn’t care and only offered a refund for the missing part. In the end, using VistaPrint cost me a lot, and I’m very disappointed.

Beautiful invites and Quick delivery
Had a really pleasant experience ordering my wedding invitations from Vistaprint. I got the invitations even earlier than expected which was really helpful as I needed them prior to the weekend instead of after. Once they arrived they looked incredible! Would definitely order from here again

UPS has bad service
I didn't like that you made partnership with UPS. My package arrived earlier than expected which normally isn't a problem bit since I has no opportunity to put in delivery instructions. Two different UPS drivers called me from their private numbers without a heads up and couldn't therefore deliver. After not reching me they never sent out an email with information regarding that they were missing how to get inside the house. Even after calling customer support and specifying my delivery instructions they ignored it and wanted me to come down even though I was at work.

We've reviewed the tracking details, and it states that the shirts were delivered on July 31 and were received by Mathias. We're not sure what happened; however, we're happy to help by placing another free reorder for new shirts. You should receive the order within a few days. This is not a typical experience, and we'll definitely have the team review the matter.

Unfortunately for what they sell and product in real time, quality doesnt match hale of my business cards were cut such way that it left white or blue line on dark green card at bottom and front was inprinted on back of cards too in some cases
