Ordering went great

Ordering went great! I would use this website again. What really made the experience a great one was the lady that I talked to when the BC was wrong in, she got it corrected asap in then called me to let me know that it was done in on it way. Delivery was good as well. No complaints.

fast & secure

It came fairly quickly (about 5 days). But more importantly, the delivery person took care to put it *inside* my screen porch. I have an indoor/outdoor porch, separated by a screen door. He/she took care to make sure the envelope was safely inside the door. I greatly appreciate that extra measure (most just leave things outside, which can be seen by anybody on the street).

Not happy at all and very misleading!

Not happy at all. Wait time for a representative is over 45 minutes…then another 15 if you need to talk to a supervisor who is not helpful either. Did these 2 days. Why does the first message you hear say you order is shipped if only a shipping label is created!!! So misleading. Also called the WV office two times
Same day to be told it was processed but UPS label which was supposed to be overnight shipping is still not here. VitalChek reps just say no thats just when label was created! Beyond misleading!!! Just go through the office yourselves. Would be so much faster and not misleading. Don’t waste your time!!!

I HAVE NOT received my birth…

I HAVE NOT received my birth certificate. There is no excuse for such poor service. I moved to SC and need a copy of my birth certificate before obtaining a drivers license. I applied/requested AND Vital Chek took my $43.00 on March 9th, 2026. It is not April 18th and I have NOT received my request. Please explain WHY.
