BEWARE..WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND

My daughter passed away which is already difficult, but when the State she passed in told me to use VitalChek, it has been an awful experience. I have paid twice, the first one lost, and when I followed on the second request they couldn't find it. Finally,someone located and said I owed an additional $12 because their rates went up; however, I had to call Customer Service to pay. I called multiple days and held for over an hour. I tried the chat as well and was told I had to enter a request to recieve a call. I missed the call because I have life and they called during my work day, so I called back with no answer and again talked to Chat and was told I had to enter another request because I missed the call. This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have only ever posted one other negative review in my life because I am not one to do so about every little thing but this experience is ridiculous. Would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND using this company. Pay more and wait longer with another company that cares about its customers.

SUPER FAST DELIVERY

The site itself was not user friendly

The site itself was not user friendly; I had to chat with someone who had to explain which specific item I needed to select from the drop-down in order to receive specifically what I needed. The instructions I was being provided were not reflecting on the website.
