Кинули на бабки

Заказала на сайте крем, который стоил $19 грн, но с доставкой (с Америки) общая сумма моего заказа составила $46.31. Я сразу оплатила. На сайте сказано, что сроки доставки 7-21 день. Так же, сказано было что как только товар будет выслан, мне на почту прийдёт письмо. Мне не приходило письмо неделю, но я ещё не волновалась. Написала им письмо, что бы уточнить статус моего товара. Не было от них ответа. По истечению 21 дня я написала им ещё одно письмо, и снова безответно. Написала на Фейсбук. Таже самая история. Очень обидно. Товар был не дешёвый!!! Только потом заметила, что у них даже не указан номер телефона на сайте.
