RAPESEED OIL
This would have been 5 star, if this K2 had been in ONLY coconut oil which is the reason I bought it, unfortunately I opened it before checking the back label where I found that the K2 is in mixed oil, part coconut and part Rapeseed, so obviously its going to be the bear minimum amount of coconut oil, and the site dosent mention anything about Rapeseed oil being in the mixture, anyway my advice would be to make it 100% coconut oil and get rid of the Rapeseed oil which is known to be terrible for people, because of how it is made.

The rapeseed oil used is highly purified and food grade and is used to ensure a stable solution and consistent dosage of vitamin K2 (MK-7). We take your suggestion for clearer labelling of ingredients on our website very seriously and will pass on your feedback to the relevant department.

Not so good when things go wrong
I've bought from this company several times before. Products were great, delivery was quick. This time my order is in limbo. I'm told items are out of stock (but they show in stock on the website). I've been offered a full refund from 2 different people, but nothing has happened. Nothing has been confirmed. They suggest I re-order (why if out of stock?) I think everyone knows things can go wrong with online orders, but its how well customer service handle things then that makes the difference between a 1 star or a 5 star review.

Delivery needs sorting
I have been ordering from VitaminExpress for a few years. I have notified them about the ridiculously large boxes they use for dispatching the items but they still arrive wobbling about in giant boxes. Why? Also, why do they continue to use Yodel couriers? We received our package last night which we didn't discover until this morning under the car. Yodel advised by email that the package was left in a safe place "Garage". This is typical of Yodel. Rubbish.

RIPPED off
Order placed in July. Was delivered ok. Then received another in August.
They checked subscription as default
I called to cancel they said they did
For got to pay.
In November received a debt collector letter from Austria.
For £18:50 for product
£25 there admin costs
They said they sent reminders which I didnt receive
So account closed now. Will use a professional UK healthcare excellent service & products
