I was so pleased with my first swimsuit in pink that I ordered a second in coral. Gt cut, good fit and flattering. I hate padding and there was none, the only slight criticism is that the back could plunge more. They both arrived promptly. Thank you.

I recently purchased two Margot Selby bath sheets ....they are stunning ...the design is Tankerton , the colours are vibrant and they are lovely and thick ,very good quality....I can't wait until my bathroom has been decorated as they're going to look amazing

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I managed to create a bit of a problem in the way I put my order through and it was dealt with extremely well. Having had a bad experience recently with a company purporting to sell something they didn't have and trying to get me to buy their own preferred brand I was relieved to be dealing with people that really cared about their customers. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent product at a great price. It was delivered on a pallet in order to protect the glass. This was very difficult to remove which is why it was given 4 stars and not 5.

I ordered 4 sets of cutlery and only 3 turned up and I'm still waiting for the other set to arrive. Communication with customers is not very proactive.

Bought 2 beautiful sunloungers. As with many things these days they where not instock and on their way from italy but i was kept informed at all times and the 2 people i delt with where both brilliant. Very personal service. I will shop here again. Many outlets could learn a lot from Lagoon.
