The experience was quick and good. However being a customer and buying tickets this expensive, there should be some exclusivity that I get to purchase it at much cheaper costs if it is cheaper.

NEVER AGAIN
For the 2nd time you sent me tickets in the row that I DID NOT purchase. Customer Service asked me to reply with a photo of the tickets I received to an e-mail address that isn’t even monitored. I will NEVER purchase tickets from Vivid seats again!!!!
