Very organized and real service. The e-tickets were sent within 3 days, when I checked on the website of the airline, it was really reserved. An email ŵith the checklist was sent to make thungs easier for us.

unfair costs charged for changing tickets
booking was easy and satisfactory but when we tried to change our tickets to an earlier date because of an accident the costs were ridiculous and we believe unfair. We checked the ticketprice directly with the airline Qatar and on Skyscanner and it was cheaper… very disappointing especially as we are long time clients of vliegwinkel. In the end we were able to change our flights directly with the airline and paid approx 300€ less so my advice to Vliegwinkel is to see if they can negotiate better terms for their customers.

The delay in sending my ticket is unacceptable, as they mention it could take up to 96 hours, which would be after my scheduled trip. This makes it very difficult to communicate and resolve the issue properly. On top of that, being charged €60 for a refund, despite the problem clearly coming from the company’s side, seems unfair
