A great experience
It was our intention to find another provider as we were being bombarded with good deals for broadband and phones. Instead Jamie convinced us to stay, updating our deals to the latest available, and saving us money. He still managed to part us with money for a device, but we still came out of the store with a great deal. This Jamie did with charm and good humour and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

The help I received in the Chester branch was outstanding. I am in my eighties and have very little understanding when it comes to technology. Terri spent a great deal of time explaining the kind of phone that might be suitable for my needs. She was very kind, patient and in no way pushy.

Great Service from start to finish
Steven was extremely polite, knowledgeable and appreciative of our situation and instantly focused in on what was important for us, in terms of the service package we were looking for.
He took the time to clearly explain how everything was going to work, the associated costs and benefits.
He made it easy and took care of the hard work. It was a breath of fresh air compared to having to do it ourselves on the web or via the phone.
