Rude staff - Amber Chichester
Rude staff - Amber Chichester store, she should not be in customer services, returned a dongle but would not accept it as we didn’t have the box with us, checked the contract and policy does not state needs to be in original packaging, she would not read Vodafone’s T&C’s - never in my life have I encountered such a rude and unhelpful person - Vodafone she needs training in Customer relations !
