Although we had an issue with a Three device it was the Vodafone store in Cirencester we visited. We were blown away by the service that Dan, the manager, gave us! He resolved all our issues, listened attentively while we explained our problem and even though he was not au fait with the Three mobile router we had or the exact data packages that Three could offer for it he went out of his way to discover all the various options so that he could provide us with the product that best fitted our needs. Well done Dan… thanks for that awesome customer service!!

Had a wonderful experience at this store, a really great team who went above and beyond to help me.
I also visited EE in cirecester and they were rude and dissmisve, the team at Vodafone made sure I clearly understood each contract I enquired about also made sure it was going to work for me.
