Amazing service
Amazing service in the Falkirk store. Answered all questions and laid all the info out really clearly. Went away with a new phone on the day and fixed my problems on my old handset.

Fully explained each stage which I actually understood
Just been in at the Falkikr branch where we spoke with the store manager Kenny ? ( I am not great with remembering names ) anyway Kenny was extremely informative regarding the max strength available at our home for Broadband and discussed the layout and build of our house to help us decide what package was best for us. We have now changed from BT to Vodaphone who we have our mobile phones with and sue to the savings we were able to add on Apple TV.
I am normally bamboozled with info when it comes to tech but he spoke clearly and progressively through each stage of the process. Delighted with the service we received
