Amazing customer service
Walked into the Vodafone store in Folkestone to help me with the storage on my phone. After speaking with Jamie he showed me that it's not my phone storage, it's my Google storage that was the issue. Jamie helped me set up a subscription so I can have more storage.
Jamie is very understanding, patient, and very knowledgeable. He has amazing customers service skills and is very understanding. I will always come to Folkestone for any phone issues

Quick service happy customer
Went into store to pick up a E-sim as my new phone doesn’t take physical. Was dreading going into the shop as I thought it would have been a long daunting process.
Was served by Brad who listened to my problem and had me sorted within 10 minutes!
I was quoted a few deals for a new sim plan and home internet wich I will be returning to take out simply due to the service offered in this store.

Went into store and saw Jamie and Bradley , managed to reduce my overall bill by over £22 while keeping my current plans aswell as a new tablet.
Great service and will look at moving my sons number to Vodafone once is contract with EE is up.
