Great customer experience! What a fab team!
I came into store a couple of days ago with a few queries relating to both phone and broadband and was so pleasantly greeted by Jack, the store manager. When I explained I was unsure if they’d be able to help he assured me he’d do his very best - and that he did! :)
I spent around 40 mins in store where Jack solved all of my issues, saved me a bit of money too and also had lovely conversations with multiple staff members who were also around.
What a great customer experience, thank you all! :)

Good advice on saving money but poor after care from Vodafone
Good advice on saving money and the in store experience was fine , my phone was due to be picked up today and I was going to get a text about picking it up. I have had no text and there is no way of contacting this shop directly- I spent 7 minutes waiting on a central number asking how to contact the actual shop , talking to an AI and then finally an advisor on a very bad line who could not help . Not happy
