Great experience at the Hitchim branch today. Glenn was very helpful and efficient, cutting my current deal to half price. I was contemplating leaving Vodafone but happy that I can stay with a great deal!

Hi, I have been a Vodafone customer for many years now and have always received good service. I had several problems with various phones, simms etc so popped into the Hitchin branch. Glen helped me over 2 days (only because of a computer glitch) he was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient as I had lots of questions, he explained everything very simply, writing down notes for me to take home and made sure I got the best deal. Great service

Vodafone Hitchin Store 5* service
The Vodafone Hitchin shop were fantastic with my elderly parents today. Sorted out home phone, broadband package and their mobiles onto one straightforward package that was far cheaper and easier for them to understand. Thank you to Glenn and Mutzy for 5* service and patience!

Excellent help today from Glenn at Hitchin branch to reset my phone when I had accidently turned Bixby on whilst in Crete ... which sounds an easy fix but it was not for me I can assure you caused all sorts of issues.
Glenn was super helpful and knowledgeable, and then also went through my plan for me just to check I was getting the best deal, and also explained roaming for when i go away next.
Phone fixed .. very happy, thanks Glenn!
