Really helpful service from Sabah at Vodafone.
She was brilliant from start to finish, helping us sort out all the SIMs we needed and talking us through the setup of our new device and the installation process.

Great service
I came in to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by Ash, he was friendly and funny but also professional throughout. It was busy due to being school holidays but he didn't rush me to get me out the door. He discussed all my options so I had a clear understanding to make the best decision. His manager also came over to help who was also great. The service was great, they help you feel comfortable and they take their time with you.

Poor tesponse
Had some helpful staff over the years but not impressed by the manager’s attitude towards our complaint recently. Simply wanted upgrade broadband and mobile package in early June. Been in 4 times now. Not sorted - that’s up to us apparently. Today Luke told me I was rude. I corrected him and explained that I was frustrated no one was taking any ownership of mistakes. He rejected the idea there had been mistakes made - so why have we been waiting 2.5 months to sort out something relatively simple?
